We have a Whirlpool washer that made a humming noise but not start. Juan came, determined the pump was locked up. He found a piece of loose metal in the motor and got it working. While running it through the cycles, he discovered a leak. Juan replaced the damaged pump with genuine Whirlpool parts and we were back washing in a day.

I have a 7-year-old Samsung Range where the oven stopped working. The stove took 5.5 hours to reach 195 degrees. I obtained Reno Appliance Repair's name from the Yelp site. After reading the glowing reviews I gave him a call after hours. About an hour late I received a return call. The appointment was today @ 4 pm. Juan came a little early, called to confirm the appointment, and showed up with the part in hand. Took him less than an hour to repair. I now have a functioning oven at a reasonable price!

I highly recommend this company for their integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I had someone water my plants two years ago and they knocked a plant over. I had all my plants on towels and they threw the towel with potting soil all over it in the washing machine . Two years later I still have dirt on my washed close when I put them in the dryer. I called Reno Appliance Repair to clean the drum. Juan told me straight up it would cost more to repair the machine than have it serviced for this problem. Furthermore, he gave me instructions on how to treat this issue before buying a new machine. He gave me professional assistance without receiving a dime. I asked what he can do if he comes out to assess the machine and he honestly told me "nothing." I will definitely use this company in the future for appliance repair!

First off I didn't have them come repair my washer but I want to say this company is beyond honest and reliable.
