Great gourmet dogs at this food truck. Bumped into them in downtown Wake Forest on a Sunday afternoon.

A nice selection of pre-designed configurations on the menu or you can build your own. Choice of all beef, Carolina Red or vegetarian dogs.

Tried the Sloppy Karen and the Chicago Stiffy. Fun names!

Karen is a dog with chili, slaw and mustard. Dogs here are served on a toasted garlic butter bread split bun. None of those cheapie supermarket buns here! The dog is hot and delicious. Toppings fresh. Slaw is vinegar, not sweet. A great combo.

Stiffy is true to its Chicago roots... "sport" peppers, relish, mustard, celery salt, diced onions, tomato slices, kosher dill spear. No poppy seed bun tho... Arguably the toasted garlic bun is better.

It ain't cheap.... $11 for a pair of dogs. They were verrrrry tasty tho. Plus a couple of mints tossed in the bag because no one likes..... doggy breath.

A really nice food truck that I believe is a regular vendor at White Street Brewing. I've seen them at WSB before but, this was my first time trying them.

I went with a New York's Finest and a Chicago Stiffy. The name gets an lol. I went with all beef hot dogs but you can switch out for a red rocket or vegetarian. Both hot dogs were tasty and the ingredients fresh. The NYF was topped with sauerkraut, pickle spear and mustard. Delish! The CS was topped with Tomatoes, Neon Relish, Onion, Pickle, Sport Peppers, yellow mustard and celery salt. Again it was delish. I washed it down with a pint of WSB's Son of a Deacon Man.

Definitely check them out on FB and IG where they may be. Definitely good stuff here.

Super friendly staff and great hot dogs. Jalapeño peppers and homemade Texas toast were delicious
