This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in Paris. The food is incredible and there are many options. The service was great and it only took a few minutes to get to our table. Their duck was incredible and is some of the best we have ever had. They have many vegetarian options that are very delicious.

      STAY AWAY!!!!

I would highly recommend considering other options instead of this restaurant. My friends and I accidentally ended up here after making a reservation for a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with our order. We ordered red wine but they brought us white wine instead. We also asked for a beer but it was served at the wrong temperature. To make matters worse, we ordered a half chicken plate but received only a small piece instead of the expected half chicken. The lamb plate we ordered was also disappointing, as it only came with a bone and no meat. The service was quite poor and the food was not up to our standards. So, before making any reservations, make sure to double-check the name of the restaurant and consider other options.

This place was priced well for what we had. Started with salads, I had tuna and my bf has bacon. Both were quite good. For our entree, I ordered the Pasta Bolognese and he has the chicken skewers. For dessert, we had the caramel flan and fruits.

Best part in my opinion was the starter salads!

      Avoid at all costs.

Where to start ? The very slow, almost non-existant service when it is nearly empty ? The unseeming undercooked white onion soup ? The flies circling the table (we killed four during the meal) ? The "beef bourguignon" which didn't have any wine in it, and contained un-chewable chunks of quickly cooked (not stewed) meat ? The tasteless flan with a mere hint of caramelized suger ? The undercooked "browned fruit in cream" dessert ?

      Just stay AWAY.

If anyone gives this place a review higher than one star, they are employed by the restaurant and should be ignored.

Delicious! My favorite meal in my 10 days in Paris. Frog legs, lamb, and creme brûlée.

I was brave enough to try frog legs. They were delicious and I would order this dish again and again if I had the opportunity.

I had dinner here before our show at the Moulin rouge and we were so glad we did! There were 4 of us in our party so we ordered 1 cheese and 1 steak fondue. There are lots of sides that come with each too so you will leave very full and satisfied! The cheese was very flavorful and we got these great tiny onions with the meat. The potatoes were more than we could finish between the 4 of us, definitely alot of food! The steak was great too!
We also ordered a carafe of wine and didn't do the measurements correctly so we ended up with ALOT of wine but it was inexpensive and really got our night of fun started before the show!
      Come here, you'll love it!

We just finished an amazing ribeye steak and fabulous bouef bourginon. Now we are sipping wine, waiting for our cheese plate. This restaurant is off the beaten path so you lose most of the tourists (which we are). Great service and great food.

Tiny place. Good food. We thought it was a find. The food was good and the fondue authentically Savoyarde. (As is the owner after speaking with him).

this is is a tourist trap. Food is the worse. they don't even prepare it. Order steak and they literallly just put a thin slap of meat on a fryer with no seasoning.

we ordered spaghetti and it was just plain sauce with pasta. not meat nothing.. they couldn't just even cut up some onions and mushrooms for it... I'm certain they just opened up a can and poured the sauce on then heated it up on the microwave. I mean if it was a kids menu and they did that to the spaghetti and lowered the price by more than half it would be fine but this was for adults and not specified it was for kids.

Worst of all the prices for all these simply prepared dished were very high for what you get. DON'T GO HERE, YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND PALATE.

We ended up here because Le Refuge des Fondue on the same block was closed for New Year's Day and it looked busy so we took a chance despite the one negative review. We got a bit worried as we waited when the restaurant cleared because the people filling it were a busload of British tourists, but we ended up having a nice meal with attentive service. We had both the meat and cheese fondue to share between five of us. The meat fondue was nothing special, but the cheese was delicious. The restaurant filled back up as we ate and the meals coming from the kitchen looked good. The bill was not excessive--probably one of the least expensive meals we've had in Paris and everyone left plenty full. I probably wouldn't make a special trip to Monmartre to visit this restaurant, but it was a decent meal for the price.
