I had initially called this company to tow my vehicle to a shop about 7 miles away from my home. They arrived in a timely manner and were ready to tow it. The driver who showed up was kind and professional. However, they were going to charge $325 to tow the vehicle 7 miles away. It is less than half that cost to sign up for AAA roadside assistance for an entire year and have them tow the vehicle. I posted a review on google remarking as such so that other people in need of assistance may be ready for the hefty charge. I received an extremely unprofessional response from the business, which I have included on this review.

To the business, if you're reading this, no. AAA showed up actually faster than your company did. And I saved over $200. Have a great day.

All in all, if you're looking for a professional and courteous company who will tow your car for a decent price, look elsewhere.

We recently had a car towed to the Rhino yard and stored for 5 days. To release the car to the insurance company was $5,000. That's not a typo. We didn't pay that but I assume that our insurance company did.
Truly outrageous. This abuse contributes to auto insurance premiums going up and up.

Beware. Beware.

After AAA had five vendors cancel on me and one not reputable (to say it lightly) company arrive, load my vehicle, then refuse service, I turned to Rhino.

These guys are super kind, professional, communicative, and quick. Jason and Dane picked up my Nissan Sentra and moved it where it needed to be within one hour when AAA couldn't move it within 24. If you're having trouble with bad towing companies in Alexandria, turn to Rhino. They're nothing short of superior!

My experience was the best! Car had a flat tire and I was stuck at gas station, they arrived to me in a timely matter and were kind enough to give me a ride as well to my destination. Super kind and sweet gentleman I felt safe the whole car ride. I would 100% recommended to anyone who needs towing, if I could I would give more than 5 stars. Thank you again guys!

I called these folks after the towing company my insurance company called ghosted me. They responded within 30 minutes and towed my vehicle to a service center of my choosing more than 40 minutes away. The dispatch and driver were both very friendly and respectful individuals. If I get stuck anywhere near Alexandria again, I'm calling these folks.

Terrible unethical business. Called a dispatcher to request a quote on a tow the same miles they towed my vehicle months ago. Dispatcher quoted me a price 3x's less than what they charged me a for service a few months back. Once I asked the dispatcher why they over charged me she immediately hung up my calls and ignored the the rest of my calls. Terrible business.

Update: The owner decided to respond on google , accusing me of lying about calling and calling me a baller on a budget as if the type of car I drive dictates if I should be able to afford being ripped off. Also making false claims that I've gone through my insurance for towing. If you don't wan to be charged $325 for a 3.5 tow, stay FAR AWAY from this company

Locked my keys in the car while out to dinner tonight at Yume Sushi. They were there in 20 minutes and had my car unlocked in less than a minute, cannot thank them enough!!

Boy do I love writing good reviews for companies --but this place is not one of them. I was stranded on Washington memorial parkway for 1 hour, after being told they would be there in 20 min, no calls no updates. When I finally got a hold of them--I guess the supervisor had called the guy who was getting my car and he had a terrible attitude "man, I'm on the way bro" seeming agitated. The supervisor then let him know that I was on the line and I could hear him. He finally arrived, not very warm or friendly. Mind you -- I ran over a tree in the middle of the road, not a pretty accident. At least you can be nice. they said they would give me a call first thing in the morning when they drop my car off.

Fast forward to the day after, I still haven't received a call by 11a. I finally call them, and Melissa answered the phone and doesn't know if my car is there at the tow lot or not??? She says she would call me back, and never did. I gave her 4 hours before I called back again and she said "oh we just found out we will be taking your car in a couple hours" me expressing concern because I never got a follow up call back. She then asks me "what's your problem? Oh yeah because you think you're our number 1 priority" sarcastically. I expressed YOU ALL HAVE MY CAR -- I have every right to ask detailed questions!

They are very disrespectful, unprofessional, obviously hate their jobs, terrible costumer service and there is a chance they will hold your car in the lot until whenever they feel like taking it over.

RIDICULOUS!!!!! Y'all, I cannot make this up -- no one is writing this long of a review to make anything up. Save your dime and money with this company.

Hector unexpectedly and kindly came to my rescue when I was on the side of the road due to a flat tire. He made me feel so relieved! I was back on the road within a few minutes time. Great service!
