Fortunately, I was able to make it to the end of the offramp before the jeep shut down completely. Called several services in the area that never answered their phone. Ricky's did, and they were very professional. Towed my car back to my home and helped put my mind at ease that he knew what he was doing. I highly recommend their service and if I ever find myself needing a tow in the future, they're top of my list!

worst customer service i have ever experienced he is not understanding about my situation and problem and when i tried to propose a solution he shot me down and he js very racist

Ricky's Towing is definitely one of the best tow companies we have used. Ricky was On-time and extra helpful! We are an out of state company and we needed to recover one of our vehicles. We called and Ricky was quick to help he brought the car to his yard and helped us find a local dealer to make a extra key for our car. He even helped us by taking the car to the dealer . His prices are the BEST and way cheaper than the rest.

Any excellent aspect you would want from a tow and recovery company, these guys have it. Not to mention fair prices. ($20 lower than 4 other places I called). I highly recommend them!
