0 stars if I could, Home Warranty scheduled Right Call Solutions to come out 2 weeks ago & I got a call Wednesday from them trying to schedule my appointment. I had a main sewage clog, couldn't wait so when they didn't call within the time frame I tried multiple times to get an appointment, no answer. If your home warranty cheaps out on you and calls these guys, better be prepared to spend more money on a different, more reliable company.

Fidelity Home Warranty assigned Right Call Solutions to repair and or replace my guest bathroom toilet back in early July 2023.
Right Call Solutions sent out 2 technicians, they were here less than 30 minutes and they informed me that they didn't have the parts to repair my toilet.
I paid $85.00 to them, when I already knew there was a problem with my toilet!
Here it is October 9, 2023 and my toilet is still not fixed or replaced!
When I pulled up Google Reviews on Right Call Solutions, I can plainly see why Right Call Solutions has a 1.2 Google Rating, it's because Right Call Solutions is a completely incompetent, lazy, irresponsible company!

If I could give 0 stars that would be too much. We have been assigned to this plumber 5 times through our home warranty company and each time we have complained because they never call to schedule the appointment. They only scheduled after my home warranty customer service representative contacted them. They came out in May and were supposed to order a part for a leaky faucet. It is now Oct and they have not fixed said faucet. They have been contacted by myself and the home warranty company MULTIPLE times and have never followed up.

If you want to pay for something that will never get completed, call these guys. If you actually need things fixed, contact Scout plumbing or someone else. Not sure how they're still in business....

Our home warranty company uses Right Call Solutions as a plumbing contractor. They sent a repairman to our home the first week of July 2023. The repairman said our toilets flanges weren't connected properly. He said he had to put in a new work order with our home warranty company to approve necessary repairs. My husband has made numerous phone calls to Right Call Solutions and they never answer the phone or res to voicemails. After 2 months of no resolution my husband reached out to our home warranty company and they said we need to contact another licensed plumber to diagnose the problem. After two months of phone calls our guest bathroom is still not functional.

Home warranty company selected this company for my repair needs for the second time for different issues, both service calls were an absolute nightmare. They came out and checked out the problem. it took several emails and phone calls (most were never answered) to submit information the warranty company needed to determine if they would replace the appliance. Finally, after 15 days I decided I would rather take a cash out and hire another plumber to install the water heater. I placed the Service request with the home warranty company on 8/1 and we were without hot water until 8/18

This company sucks. Never returns phone calls voicemails lies about contacting your warranty company.

Horrible service. They were sent out by my home warranty company for drain stoppage. The guy was at my house a total of maybe 25 minutes. Did NOT fix anything and wrote up the findings to my home warranty in a way they would not cover my claim. A couple reasons stated were "no clean outs and hard stoppage need to blast out pipes" Neither were true. I had to argue with my home warranty and send them pics for proof. They sent out another company the next day and that company cleared all my drain stoppage (bathroom/kitchen) in about an hour. And guess what... they easily found the cleaners and didn't "blast out" anything. Right Call Solutions are NOT the right call.

Home warranty company selected this company for my repair needs. They came out, very professional, and checked out the problem. It has now been 7 days since the visit and they have not submitted a report to my home warranty company. So, I haven't been able to get my A/C unit fixed...oh, did I mention is hot as hell outside.
Since this is ongoing, I will update this as things improve or don't.

I'd give zero if I could. They don't even answer the phone. Call ANYONE else. Seriously, call ANYONE else.

The number I had been using to contact this company was (972) 532-0992. I paid $75 to have them checked out my kitchen faucet leakage via Fidelity National Warranty. They came and said they had to order the parts but never came back. I followed up with my warranty company and them multiple times but they still hadn't showed up. They promised they would for a couple times and ended up no shows. They kept saying there's a logistic issue all over the country which was a standard lie. I ended up have to call another contractor they came the next day and replaced the kitchen faucet for me. It's very frustrating that I had call over and over and waited for 4 months and they never fixed the issue. Don't take a warranty job and earned an inspection fee if you can't manage to take the job. I wouldn't recommend this company with or without home warranty.
