Right Movers

Just had an amazing local move with this company. Art and Jay were my movers and they were amazing. What I love about this company is their constant communication.

On my particular move, one of the trucks in their fleet wasn't working and had to get a rent a truck. Even though it was a bit late for them to show up, the fact that Jay communicated his ETA with Art as well as the main office letting me know was amazing.

Even with the delayed start the move ended at the time I wanted it to. Which made me really happy.

Pricing was reasonable and fair especially for some unique furniture pieces that I own that required disassembly and re-assembly.

Over all, highly recommend this company and I am so happy that I picked them.

I hired Right Movers off the recommendations from our neighborhood Face Book page. Martina was helpful and was prompt to respond with any questions I had regarding our move. The day of the move started great, the guys were on time, packed mostly everything, and got to our new home in a timely manner. Unfortunately that is when things went south. The lead on the job and myself had a discussion as to getting the refrigerator through the doorway. He asked if handles could be removed, I requested they remove the doors so no damage would occur. The lead and helper decided to not listen to my request and forcibly pushed my fridge through the doorway, causing damage to my doorway, flooring, and refrigerator. To make things worse, they did not say anything about it and moved on to another room of unloading. When I walked back in and saw the damage I brought it to the leads attention and he said that he would let his office know of the damages occurred and I would just need to follow up with the office for the claims end. They also fully disassembled a bed frame and could not reassemble correctly and lost some of the screws. At the end of the move, the lead stated that he was going to call the office to let them know they were done and to give the damage information. He came back into our home and again apologized for the damage they caused and to follow up with the office. They seemed to be truthful so I thanked them and gave them a very nice tip.
Well then the real headache began. Once the office finally called me back, the office is not open on weekends, but does not state online or voicemail that they are unavailable, they told me the lead made no comment of the damage they caused. Tim, the owner emailed me stating he would have his employee come back to paint the damaged doorway and to glue our floor. After speaking to him on the phone he requested I get a quote for the replacement of the damaged flooring on 04-11-2024. The estimate was done 04-16-2024, no response from Tim until 04-19-2024 and at that time he stated he needed (3) total estimates and he would arrange it. I am still waiting on this to occur. I had to hire a painter to patch, sand, and repaint the doorway. The least the owner can do is cover the cost of the damaged flooring. I haven't even asked them about how they would rectify the refrigerator damage.
If Tim can stick to his word and make things right then I will update this review, but at this time I would say proceed with caution and keep close eyes on the employees as I should have stood there to make sure they did as I requested and remove the fridge doors before moving it through the doorway. (The previous owner had an oversized fridge in the same spot and their movers had no issues getting it out of the space)

I was getting worried that I wouldn't find a moving service within a week of my move in date. I was looking for one that was based in Orange. I was able to email them on a Sunday and have my email returned the day after with a scheduled Facetime call to view what pieces needed to be moved. I was able to give them a thorough walk through of what needed to be moved. So, amazing communication up to my move date. I value communication when it comes to life changing decisions like this. Office and customer service staff was super friendly. The moving team was pretty good too. I had three gents move two rooms to my new apartment. Art was amazing to work with. I appreciated the care the team put into getting my furniture from Orange to Irvine. They took care of assembly - some moving companies don't cover this, but I'm glad they did. It definitely saved me a lot of stress. It is pretty pricey, but it was what I needed given the amount of time I had to work with. Saving my stress and my worry made it all worth it!

Summing up my experience in 4 words: prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous. Art, Jacob, and Nick were fantastic. I was so impressed, I immediately booked them for another job in 3 weeks. This moving company came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. If you value your time, they are worth every penny. The search for good/reliable movers, is over.

We requested Right Movers provide us with 3 strong people, and a truck to assist in moving our large, heavy items from our old home in Fullerton to our new home in Yorba Linda. After an Facetime interview and walk through our house, we were provided with an estimate. They moved everything carefully, and only managed to break one item, a 24" dia. catch saucer that went under a large plant. They placed all the items where we requested, and carefully assembled the beds and other items that required disassembly to move. It took a total of 6 hours to move, down from the 8 hours that was in the initial estimate, and they adjusted the price to reflect the real moving costs. The office manager,Martina Kaplan, did some research and found a replacement for the broken item within the allowance they quoted for it, and we are very pleased with the quality of the overall move.

The pricing from Right Movers was generous and we really appreciated it.
Also Joe, Lui, and Art are amazing guys. They're professional but nice, fun and very polite gentlemen. You are fortunate to have them on your Right Movers team. I recommend them highly!

The team over at Right Movers is great! From the first inquiry, to the in-house quote, packing and unloading it was a smooth experience. Worked with Zach, Frank and Noah and another guy that I really appreciate too. There was a nice girl helping unload too but man, this was the SMOOTHEST move we have ever done. This was from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. Basically we were packing for a couple weeks and them they came on a Sunday to pack the truck. They used a 26 footer and we basically filled it all the way to the door with boxes, two beds, a three piece sectional, and three exercise machines.

They drove out to Vegas and stayed overnight and we met them at our destination in the morning before it got warm. Packing took just over 5 hours but unloading only took 3. Makes sense and these guys again like I said did an amazing job. Packing was tight because our townhouse was only 1500 sqft. Also 3 floors with narrow staircases.

For the value, quality and timing, Right Movers does it right. Get them for your next move! Also if it's hot, make sure they have enough water. And you don't have to but hell, we tipped them for both days and they got extra GUAC!

I have had time to reevaluate my review below. When I wrote the review I was frustrated that I did not receive any calls back during the week after the move. Still have only received a text & email. No phone call.
I have changed my review to Good - due to your workers. The team that packed up my condo & the two teams that drove the trucks the 9 hour drive to my new home. Jose was GREAT! And the helpers that you hired out of Sacramento where Amazing!

As far as the moving dolls - at this point.... I have considered them "Gone". I do not want a refund or for you to bother to get them back to me.

I wish you and your team go will and hope that your business does well in the coming years.
