Ali and his team were total pros. Scheduling was super simple, they showed up on time and explained their plan as we walked through the house.

Then they got the work, they put stuff down to protect the walls and the floors, they took great care of my carpets.

I was worried about having clean carpets because I have a baby who likes to put his hands in his mouth all the time. After seeing the results, I have no doubt in my mind that my baby is safe to play on the carpet.

My youngest son ended up creating a carpet emergency for us and reached out to Yelp for help identifying a great carpet cleaning company. I've used Yelp before in the past to locate various contractors and this time was just as easy as the others. Rino carpet cleaning reached out, requested some details on the job, and came back with an estimate and a time in the next couple days to complete the job. Even after Ali noticed that the job was more work than initially estimated, provided me with a final bill that was $30 within their original estimate and did a great job on not only the carpet, but also gave our couch a much needed cleaning.

We've used Rino several times and been extremely happy with the results each time. They are responsive, punctual, and own up to their pricing quotes. Even for unplanned services they are extremely helpful... we ran into a one-off stain emergency (my 2 yr old poured black coffee all over our white wool rug....).. and they were able to come within 1 business day. On a recurring basis we use them for our upstairs carpeting, rugs, and couches. I highly recommend giving them a try!!

Wonderful job by Ali and Batu! They were prompt and worked very hard. They even placed. my area rugs back on wood floor and adjusted them so they would be placed in perfect spot. They were respectful of my home, baseboards and furniture. Carpet looks good again!
