I just recently bought a vape pen from another store. Jay checked it out for me, cleaned it, tried different cartridges to try to figure out what was wrong. She wasn't about trying to sell me more product; she just wanted to make sure that I was happy.

I've been using CBD for about a month and half now. Being new to this world I'm still testing out what form of supplement of CBD form I enjoy more than others and the staff here is very helpful every time I go in. They have a wide variety to choose from and decently priced. This is my go to stop!

So I came in about 2 weeks ago to order CBD cream for one of my friends in a different state. Because the cream was not in stock I was told it had to be ordered and would be shipped out in a few days. I paid for the cream and took a copy of my receipt as proof of my cash purchase.
After finding out the product has not been received by my friend a few weeks later I initiate a call to RGHC.
The first call I was immediately hung up on....like the kind where you pick up and phone and immediately hang it up because you are frustrated that it keeps ringing. I call back a second time and am told my call will be returned in a few minutes because the cashier is finishing up with someone else's purchase. After 30 minutes I call back-----and, that's right, you guessed it.....CLOSED!
Very unfortunate! Hope this isn't a scam company.....

I went in to Rio Grande Hemp Company last week and I was blown away with them! I went in with very little knowledge and they politely answered all of my questions. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for cbd or has any questions!
