Relaxing and educational. She refused to do my nails a certain way how I thought I wanted it. Informed me with my nail shape I was going to hate the final look and it was going to look ugly. She genuinely wanted my nails to look good and not just have $ from me.

Only stopped here because I was in a rush and had a bunch of errands to do in this shopping plaza with a dinner event to attend later in the evening.

First of all, the staff is unwelcoming and unfriendly, the ambiance is extremely lacking, it's overall a depressing experience.

But the absolute worst part is that they're using some subpar, cheap products there, clearly!!!

I went in on Friday...
1. For an acrylic fill with gel French tip, I paid $53 plus tip, the nail itself chipped the same night at dinner.
2. On Sunday, at a children's birthday I attended, two of the nails had the white paint completely peel off! I've never seen that happen with gel.
3. Here it is Monday, the corners of the nail are lifting, I'll have to go redo the whole thing 3 days later, so I don't get an infections!

Would never go back. BEWARE!

My better half and I have been here before with no issues...until the last one.

The pedicure happened as usual, but the technician got a little carried away with my left big toe.

I wish I could have gone back, but I need ion going to Iceland on vacation...limping almost 10 miles a day.

Just be careful.

My husband & I went & both got basic Mani, which excluded a leg rub which was nice. $46 total for us. He got clear paint & I got white. For mani he got clear & I got a colored dip with no tips. Together it was $68. They were fast & efficient.

Been looking for a salon for a while and they all left my mail miss shaped until now

I called last minute and was able to get in right away.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The salon was overall clean and modern.
Other than the great dip manicure and gel pedicure I loved that for future appointments I can book online and that I was able to tip on Venmo !

When I'm in town visiting my sister, we come here to Rio. My sister never goes anywhere else. I will say that I felt a little bit cheated, in the sense that my technician didn't work on my calloused big toe like I usually have had in past visits. I know that most or all are new employees. My sister didn't recognize anyone either. Aside from that she did give me an incredible leg/foot message. I have foot issues, burning, and dryness. Instep pain too. So it felt really good

I got a mani pedi there and it was the worst. First of all the place is filthy. pedicure was poor to fair. Manicure no base coat no hand massage terrible file job nails different length. I will never go back there again

This was my first time going to Rio Pro Nails and I'm glad I went . I had Julie today and I will definitely be going back to her ! She was patient and took her time . I showed her a picture of these nails and this design and she did a great job! I can't wait to try different designs next !

Let the work speak for itself! Horrible! And I was over charged and was given shitty work!
