We needed a new roof, and we asked for estimates from five different companies. This company came in and inspected the roof as well as the frame and the plywood. They gave a competitive estimate. But we were more impressed with how they explained what they were going to do. They were also patient and tolerated a lot of questions. That's more important to me than saving a few bucks. I want it done right.

I don't think this is a big huge corporate business. It seems to be headed by one guy. He has 35 years experience in roofing. He has done commercial and residential roofs. We verified his license. We checked the Better Business Bureau for any complaints. There were none. We reviewed all the online review sites like Yelp. All good reviews. We asked a lot of questions.

So we hired them. They started as soon as the materials had arrived. They had eight to ten fellas working literally from dawn till dusk

A couple of things that I really appreciated. The owner himself inspected the work in progress especially the parts of the plywood base and the frame that needed to be replaced. He did that work himself. We have an old house. Also after they left, you would have never known that anyone had worked there that day. They cleaned up all the debris. And they even left some extra shingles behind so we'll have it if there is some damage in the future. Finally, the owner is a good communicator. Every time I called or emailed him, he got back to me within minutes.

So I highly recommend this business.

Another roofing company told me that the edges of my flat roof (about 7 years old) needed to be re-sealed.
