Dr. Sheffield was kind and thorough. Gave me his recommendations and followed up with more information via email. No pressure. Very nice place. Did pay $75 for consultation which I understood ahead of time and can be applied to procedure or services in the future.

Dr. Sheffield does Radiesse for my cheekbones & jawline. I couldn't be more pleased with my results. He's considerate, knowledgeable, and experienced.

Scheduled appt 11:15am. I arrived early as requested. I sat in their lobby for 50 MINUTES before I finally went up to the front desk. When asked when I might be seen, they said a few minutes. I mentioned I was on a schedule and needed to know an approximate time, they reply 15 minutes. Another 15 minutes would put me over the hour mark on being in their lobby AND NOT BEING SEEN BY A DOCTOR.
If this is how they treat their patients before they actually do any medical procedure, I can't imagine how it would be when they do. I THINK I DODGED A BULLET
And just a note...They had about 5-6 staff member at the time working AND NOT ONE OF THEM HAD THE TRAINING OR HUMAN DECENCY TO MENTION THEY WERE RUNNING LATE.

Wow! Dr Sheffield is a wonderful human being. I went in to address a minor insecurity issue on my face and I say minor now but when I walked in there it was a huge deal to me (perfectionist here) Dr sheffield changed my mindset. He pointed out that all I needed to do was try to lose some weight to get the results I wanted. I'm so thankful for him because most doctors now a day aren't very honest and are always pointing out other problems you didn't even know you had. I'm very happy with my consultation and I can say I left feeling way better than when I walked in.

Dr. Sheffield and his staff were wonderful from start to finish. I wanted a small pick me up around the sagging portions of my face. My mini lift appeared smooth and natural. No wind tunnel look. I was so pleased!
Dr. Sheffield takes his time processing what is the best approach to achieve ones goal. I felt very at ease during the procedure. My healing time was incredibly fast with no bruising or discomfort. Dr. Sheffield has a warm and caring persona. The patient input is respected. I highly recommend Dr. Sheffield.

Dr. Sheffield really took his time listening to the things that I wanted to address about my facial laxity concerns. I appreciate the fact that he's not pushy and doesn't encourage procedures that I'm not interested in. Dr. Sheffield is very careful to approach the use of fillers conservatively, taking care not to overfill areas on the face, we used both juvederm and voluma to soften the aging areas on my face and I am happy with natural appearing results. Very satisfied. I am a repeat customer and feel confident in recommending this physician.

I had originally met with Dr. Sheffield as a second opinion but after our consultation he definitely became my first choice. I am the ultimate scaredy cat when it comes to cosmetic treatments. But Dr. Sheffield was very easy to talk to in spite of my own unease. He was very honest about expectations. He was very thorough about the procedure from beginning to end. The process and results were exactly as he predicted, without any pain, bruising, drains,etc. The nurse and assistants could not have been more thoughtful. I socially distanced with friends the next day. I think the most important ingredient in choosing a doctor is trust. Between Dr. Sheffield's vast experience, knowledge, honesty and kindness, I would definitely trust his judgment in all future decisions.

I saw Dr. Sheffield this past summer for a little mini face lift. I wanted something natural and simple. I am also terrified of pain and any medical procedures. Dr. Sheffield eased my anxiety and his staff were incredible during the procedure. I was relieved that I didn't need to be put under. I also was surprised how comfortable it was going through this procedure being only under a local. He is a very sweet man who even gave me his cell number, which I used only a couple times. He also fixed my mom's ear lobe that tore and my ear piercings that were too big. Lastly, he is very affordable and works with you on the price. I will definitely go back to him later on if I need a neck lift. All good for now. My sagging skin is all gone.
