Rockabye Baby Rentals

OMG Annie was amazing. I ended up renting a mini baby crib, baby walker, booster for chairs and a bottle warmer. She was able to accommodate me at the last minute. She even went 45 minutes out of her way to deliver and pick up at the hotel we were staying at. Everything was bagged up perfectly and sanitized and clean. It was already delivered before we arrived and checked in. I had to communicate w/her on several occasions and she was there to take my call or text. Her prices are also competitive and great compared to other rental companies. Definitely best bang your buck. If I travel to that area again, I'm calling her in a heartbeat.

My family had to immediately move to Houston temporarily while my husband received treatment at MD Anderson. I needed a crib for our baby. Rockabye Baby Rentals answered my phone call and immediately got me a quote and was very reasonable. They were so easy and helpful to work with! The crib got delivered and picked up and made my life and my baby's so much easier! Thank you so much for your helpful business!

During a recent trip to Houston, we realized our hotel didn't have a crib for our 21 month old son. I called Rockabye Baby rentals and within an hour, I had a crib delivered to the hotel, along with a bin of toys to keep our son entertained. I am grateful to have found this company and Annie was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!

I would have never thought to rent baby gear for our trip to Houston, but I didn't want to bring everything for just a week and I needed a full size crib, so I found Rockabye on Google. It was so awesome, they had everything!

Annie gave us her personal cell number so we could coordinate our arrival time, and the crib, stroller, high chair, exersaucer, and bottle warmer were all there when we arrived; they had set everything up for us. It was so convenient, everything was in great condition and reasonably priced.

I would recommend them to everyone. Don't bring anything. They have everything and are so friendly and accommodating!

We rented a crib for our trip to Houston and the service we received was excellent. The place we were staying at wouldn't allow them to deliver the crib before we arrived so they had to deliver after hours. It was further delayed as our flight was also delayed. Anne was so nice, she gave me her cell phone so I could call her and have her arrive at where we were staying so my son could have the crib right away. Rockabye baby rental exceeded my expectations.

Rented a crib to use for HomeAway rental. They said they had delivered to the place I was staying several times before and would be able to deliver and set it up in the condo. I learned when I checked in that they had not been able to deliver because owner requested it be held at the front desk. No one contacted me to let me know there was a problem delivering it up to the condo. In addition for five day rental, they provided one fitted sheet. One fitted sheet for 5 days? There was no blanket at all. When I called about the delivery issue and being given only one fitted sheet, they said it was the owner's fault they couldn't deliver to the condo, that they always only provide one sheet and one blanket and that it was just a receiving blanket they forgot to deliver. I pointed out that they could have at least called me so I'd have a heads up and would be able to call the owner to try to get permission for them to deliver and set up. There was no offer to deliver the missing blanket, discount for the fact I'd need to get one or make reparations in any way shape or form.

I'm disappointed and will not be using them in the future.

Rockabye Rocks! For 2 years we have turned to Rockabye for our baby rental needs. They have come through each time and overextended themselves to ensure we were happy. For example, when they received their fabulous new strollers, Annie exchanged the standard strollers we had originally ordered. Also, much to our delight, Annie included "Duplo" blocks, along with a box of toys for my husband's little grandchildren. Landon, the builder, had so much fun. In fact, he and his sister, Emma, had plenty of different toys to keep them busy the entire time they were with us. The car seats were beautiful and the toddler beds were just right. Thank you ever so much, Rockabye. We will call on you again in the future. PS. I was also impressed when Debra (sp?) answered the telephone on a weekend and noted changes to our order. Fabulous! PPS.
