I booked a 5-hour bus on a Saturday in mid-January for $895. ~10 days out, I learned that some of our party contracted COVID and asked to reschedule for a later date. Erik/Amy advised that we would be responsible for the full amount contracted and also owe a $135 reschedule fee. However, we were only offered Sunday through Thursday options in February to choose from for the reschedule.
When I asked to reschedule for a Wednesday in February, Erik said the date was booked. Suspicious of his unwillingness to work with us, I asked a friend to reach out to Rockstarz for a quote for that same day. My friend was told the date was available and was quoted $600 for 5 hours. Erik was not only willing to book that day for other guests, but asking our group to pay $295 more than their going rate on top of a $135 reschedule fee.
At that point I engaged my attorney who did not feel the contract was enforceable nor were the cancellation fees warranted given we were attempting to reschedule. I shared this position with Erik, reiterated that I did not authorize any charges to my credit card and offered two options: 1) settle or 2) allow us to reschedule for a Friday or Saturday in Feb or March. Moments later he attempted to bill my credit card for the full $895 amount (I froze the card). We settled the matter at $300 via a venmo payment - with no services ever having been provided.

Their party buses are trash. Our driver was very rude, disrespectful, and dangerous. Her driving skills are below subpar, she sped up very quick before anyone could sit down causing the bride to almost face plant a few times. I didn't even drink and her driving made me nauseous. When she dropped us off at the church, she littered on church grounds and while she was spilling the drinks out, she chucked two of them at two of the bridesmaids. She then ended it off with yelling out "I hope I never have to drive you people again!" If I could give zero stars, I would.

This was by far the worse experience I've ever had with a company. We're pretty cool, go with the flow kind of people and I never write bad reviews but I hope my review saves someone else's experience. We rented a Vader bus for my daughters 11th birthday. When they showed up, it was a work van with no privacy. I had a bunch of little girls in this bus with no privacy from the driver. It completely ruined the whole night. They said the party bus I rented wasn't working upon arrival, and didn't even give me a heads up ahead of time. We had no choice but to take this bus because I had 12 girls to get to our reservation on time. When we got to the restaurant, my husband spent his time there calling other companies to see if we can get an actual party bus home instead of spending time enjoying his night with his daughter. We ended up paying ANOTHER company to pick us up and take us home on top of already paying for this bus aka work van. I would never recommend this company. It's really sad that I have to write a review to hurt someone's business but it's not okay to ruin someone's night when they're willing to spend around $900 for transportation. At least be an ethical business! However, this was so wrong on so many levels, especially when the clientele were a bunch of little girls, not adults.

We expected a party bus and received what looked like a handicap bus without privacy from driver. So at some point, the driver was even a part of our conversation. We were thrown a couple of times from his quick turns and were just happy to get home safely.

Terrible experience and the owner Erik was rude and unprofessiona! This was booked for over $1400 for a hour ride back and forth to Soaring Eagle Casino for a bridal party of women of all ages. That day it was so HOT! as we entered the bus that was also different than the one promised we noticed it was hot inside! Driver apologized and stated air was not working, We made the best of it as we had no choice but it was miserable! The windows were fogged up from the intense heat and one passenger began to feel sick from the extreme heat inside. The owner Erik was contacted and he offered a shuttle to the airport for the day of wedding saying it was a $450 value but we would all have to pay the $450 coming back?? Then he said "we had a good time and it must have been the drinking"?? Then offered $100 rebate and said he did not care about bad reviews as he had plenty of good ones! Worse company ever, worse bus ever and terrible owner. Beware renting anything here!

I wanted to share my disappointing experience with this company in hopes of preventing this experience from happening to anyone else. It's a bit of a long story but I encourage you to read it before booking any appointments with this company!
I booked a party bus for 8 hours for my friend's Bachelorette party between the hours of 11 AM and 7 PM. We purchased tickets to an event that ran from Noon - 4 PM, with plans to be on the bus for an hour before the event due to the event being located somewhere around 45 minutes away.
I've had my fair share of limo/party bus experiences over the years and have always had them (no matter what company was used) show up about 10-15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Nearly 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time of 11 AM, the bus still hadn't arrived, and I wasn't contacted regarding any issues with the appointment. Since we were concerned about the schedule we were on, I called the phone number I had received in my email and no one answered. I left a voicemail and continued to call. Eventually I was able to speak to Amy who said she would call the driver and get back to me.
Twenty minutes later I still had not heard from Amy or received any updates, so I called her numerous times and left more voicemails. Eventually, she finally called me back and said our party bus encountered mechanical issues, and that she could have a bus out to us in about an hour and a half.
At this point we were already behind schedule and would be late to our event, so we had to find another way to get a ride, ultimately having to rely on other friends to drive us (Ubers and Lyfts hardly service our area, so finding multiple drivers wasn't a possibility) . I kept thinking to myself, though, how would I have not been notified that there were mechanical issues with our bus as soon as they knew? Why did it take a phone call from me to get that information?
There seemed to be no sense of urgency or care to get us to our destination. We hired a company for a service, and they failed to deliver on those services. We decided to rent the bus for numerous reasons, mainly for convenience, and it was nothing but an inconvenience, and no one seemed to care. We had purchased drinks and decorations for the bus, which all went unused. A day that should have been fun and memorable for the bachelorette, is now a story of how so many things went wrong.
I was able to get an agreement to pick us up once the event was over, thinking they were trying to make things right, however, I was told that for 3/8 hours that I had scheduled, they were going to still charge me alittle over half the cost for the full 8 hours. This made no sense to me since they not only failed on their end to pick us up or notify us of any issues/delays, but they were also only providing less than half the original hours that were in our agreement. After multiple phones calls, time, and frustration on my end I did get them to lower the price to just under half the original cost for the initial 8 hours. It was clear that they didn't care that they failed to provide a quality service to us. A company in the service industry should be well aware of their failures and try to make things right, but this company had a lot of pride and zero sympathy.
I sent an email on Monday asking for the owner to call me, and unfortunately never received a response, so I sent another email on Tuesday. The owner, Eric, finally called me later that day. He said he thought his employees over the weekend handled themselves correctly, not admitting any communication failures even after I reminded him that no one contacted me to tell me about any mechanical issues with the bus. To my surprise he was not very apologetic and really didn't care to do anything to make the situation right. I told him I didn't believe the price they charged for 3 hours was fair for all that we went through, and his response was, "You're going to blast us on the internet so what's the point in giving you any amount of money back? No matter what I give back you'll still blast us." He said someone had already left him a bad review, so he wasn't willing to do anything for us.
You can see that my experience was very stressful and frustrating, and that they are not in the business for providing a quality experience for their customer. There are so many vendors that you can use for a limo or bus - I recommend you look elsewhere!

We had the best time with Rockstarz !! They accompanied our wedding rehearsal day and wedding day with perfect times and the bus and limo were awesome. Could not recommend this business more, everyone had a blast!! Very professional service, emailed back within minutes of my questions as well. Really felt like this place cared about making these events perfect for me.

I called for a quote for a limo for 18-20 people. I was told a price of 695, and a $35 charge for gas. Once the limo arrived, she told us the limo was 795 (without the tip). This was a shock to us, because we were never told about the difference once we made the deposit for the limo. If I was informed about the difference, I would have found a difference service to rent from. The only thing great about this service is the limo was nice and clean. Other than that, there is a severe lack of communication with pricing between the worker and the client.
*this is for the Eric who commented on my review: my friend Cameron ordered the limo off of his account Bc he was able to use his card to put a deposit down. But I made calls around different services to help him out, because he was working. Hello Sophia we apologize to hear this we do not have your contract anywhere in our records. No one named Sophia has rented from us in the last 6 months? Which limo make and model were you in we have two black stretch limos.

This company was horrible, driver was late, sound system didn't work, driver drove like crazy man. Erik was very rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! This business doesn't deserve 1 star, take your business someplace else.
