I would give 0 stars!! The main Admin admit to changing my fathers medication from 5mg to 10mg due to insurance billing purposes. When asked if his PCP requested double the MG, she said No. but that they decided to give my father 10mg of his medication because that's all the insurance covered. I was furious!!
Insurance has nothing to do with changing the dosage of ANY Medication. Under NO circumstances should Pharmacist alter prescriptions!!! I told her this is illegal and dangerous. Then when I called for the main Pharmacist to come speak with me, HE Responds: " yes, I was super busy this morning so I INCORRECTLY gave your father 200% of the Milligram prescribed by his PCP!
Are you serious!!! This place could of seriously harmed my father due to negligence! The main nor the admin apologized. Please everyone, always check medications and what they fill for you. I'm am worried that they do this type of negligence regularly!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Karen L.Gardena, CA99277Jun 12, 2021
Extremely negligent with their prescription fills and unprofessional. I would CAUTION anyone who comes here! My dad has been delayed medication many times even though the doctor had faxed over his prescriptions to be filled asap, in addition to getting them incorrect. They should be out of business if not SUED for malpractice.

Our family has been using this pharmacy for years because I believed this was the only pharmacy that provided this service and my parent had familiarity with them. As the sole primary caretaker for my terminally ill parent, we desperately need the delivery service because my parent needs 24 hour managed care and I am unable to leave my home. No matter how early my request for a refill was sent, we would experience a delay. This delay would leave my terminally ill parent without medication for days - medication that would ease pain and slow the progression of the terminal disease!
You would assume this would be the fault of the insurance, but this is incorrect. Recently, my terminally ill parent was hospitalized for over a week. With a week in the hospital, this would have given more than enough time for the "refills only once a month" to pass over, however somehow the pharmacy was a week late!
Prior to this incident, I have been told on several occassions to wait the following day for delivery because "[their] driver is out" despite knowing my parent was now out of medication from the delays they have cause and I had called a week in advance. However the medication was not delivered the next day and when I called again the following day, I was fed the same message in their usual rude demeanor. The lack of professionalism was so bad, the nurse and the doctor himself would call and engage in questioning their behavior.
In healthcare, each decision, no matter how small it may seem, may be dire to the patient. Rosa II Pharmacy's unprofessionalism and antipathy is beyond reprehensible, it borders into outrageous and detestable! Avoid at all costs, there are other services that provide delivery. Your life and the lives of your loved ones rest in their hands and they would gladly dispose of it because it is inconvenient.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - K L.San Gabriel, CA9592142Dec 17, 2016
Be careful going to this pharmacy as you will need to check your medication upon pick up. I don't know where this Pham at cost got his/her degree but the pharmacy had given my father the wrong medication as he was supposed to acquire asthma medication & thank god he didn't have any attack after being discharge from the hospital. How can a pharmacist filled the wrong prescription & not know both med serves different purposes? They are lucky we are not suing for liability
