I have always been skeptical going to a small local pharmacy, but I decided to try this pharmacy because it's closer to where I live. My son has ADHD and his medication is sometimes difficult to fill. The staffs here are very nice and attentive. They do try to go out of their way to make sure my son gets his prescription on time. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because they do not open on Sunday. However, they do open on Saturday. Well, I guess I will need to make sure I have enough to not running out on the weekends.
Overall, I would recommend if you need more attention with your prescription's need.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Katie L.CA, CA011Jul 25, 2023
I love this pharmacy for being clean, honest and friendly staffs with excellent customer service skills. They go beyond my expectation when it's time to refill my regular meds; always do their best to resolve my insurance issue to get my special meds covered. They also voluteered to offer free meds delivery at my door when I'm unable to pick up in person. My whole family has chosen Rosa pharmacy vs. other local ones as we're very happy and truly think that all the staffs there deserve our loyalty.

My parents went to the doctor next door and they filled their prescriptions for over 25 years at this pharmacy. This place takes so long to fill their prescription and sometimes my parents need to pay out of pocket. I read other one star reviews but all pharmacies do take their time. Average that's all.

My family has been coming here for years and every time I come to pick up the meds for my family, it's either not ready or can't find it. Then when I bring the meds home, it's either partially filled or 1 is missing.
I'm a stickler because I've worked at a pharmacy for the longest in high school so I know how the system works. It honestly shouldn't be like this. They also have a full staff with more than 1 pharmacists. So what the deal?
I've been begging my family to go elsewhere but it's so hard to get them to change. If you're a new patient looking to fill your prescription, please consider elsewhere.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Chanel L.San Gabriel, CA65129Jun 2, 2022

This office billed out for my fathers 3 months worth of prescriptions claiming he picked them up! When I'm reality he is a customer of Rosa II Pharamacy, their other office. I notified the staff this is illegal insurance billing and caused issues with my father receiving his refills at his Pharamacy for the next 3 months!
This is NOT a Honest Company!!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lynn P.Alhambra, CA536811Sep 22, 2020
They wanted to charge my mom extra for her medication when she has medi-cal. It's between $2-4 per prescription. When asked, they said "it's a new co-pay" we brought her prescription to CVS and my mon doesn't have to pay anything. I will contact medi-cal for fraud on their part.

My husband has been really sick , going on a week now. His prescription was sent to this pharmacy and never had a problem before until today. He was called to let him know the medication was ready for pick up and then they tell him nevermind that the medication he was prescribed was given to someone else "who really needed it". That was not cool. My husband has not been able to get up from bed but apparently he's not in need. How can you guys get a prescription ready and determine who really needs what medication. It was prescribed from a doctor for a reason! Why? Because he's in need of it that's why!!

If you are old and Vietnamese, you will like this place. They can speak both Chinese and Vietnamese. Check your prescription carefully when you pick up medicine cause they mess up sometimes but if you remind them, they will find out and give you. Call ahead so you don't need to wait... friendly customer service.

This pharmacy improperly process our prescriptions for over 2 years by telling us the medicines are not covered making us think the drugs are non-generic and cost more so we paid. Today I called my insurance only to find out Rosa Pharmacy used old information and did not properly process my insurance. Even with new card information, they still said insurance declined. I had to get the insurance agent to call the pharmacy to fix the issue. Then the pharmacy refund the difference. Had i accepted the original claim that it was not covered, it would have gone unnoticed. We will never to go to this place again. They also charged me full price for the medicines 3 months ago and refused to refund the difference. I recommend go to CVS or RiteAid instead.
