Don't come here if you want to not get burnt by the wax! Went today and left with blisters and a busted lip! Wax was way to hot! Alot got on my bottom lip and then ripped off. What the actual hell was she thinking. Now I have a busted lip & blisters around my eyebrows

Staff wasn't overly friendly but spoke as soon as I came in. I sat for about 10 mins to get a pedicure, no issue with that as I just walked in with no appointment. Henry did my pedicure, he was very nice and I am happy with the pedicure. The only issue I really had was the little old woman that tries to push services on you that you don't ask for. She approached me as I'm soaking and asked if I wanted 1 or 2 people working on her. I said it really didn't matter to me. (I really didn't understand why she was asking, I wasn't in a hurry, she had finished with her client well before Henry started working on me, so she had ample opportunity if she wanted to do my pedicure to have already started it. It felt like she was trying to take me from Henry as a client.) She talks crap about customers as though they won't realize she is talking about them. Her next customer's name was Katherine, she squawks out "Katherine!" to get her attention and several people turn and look and she says to Katherine, "did you see that? they not Katherine, why they looking?" I stated to Henry how rude that was and that she could use a lesson in being more professional. (I'm pretty sure he didn't catch what I was saying for the language barrier.) But I said it loud enough for her and Katherine to hear it and they spent the rest of the time I was there whispering to each other. I made sure to tip Henry well for his service and made sure to loudly thank him for his professionalism. If it weren't for the little old troll of a woman in there my experience would have been a 4. Who wants to be a millionaire blaring the entire time right over my head is why the other star is gone.

This salon is very unsanitary and needs to be investigated by Department of Health and multiple other government agencies. I am appalled at the uncleanliness and should have left. Every surface of this establishment was covered in nail shavings and God knows what else. There is a hair in my gel manicure. The manicure station smelled like garbage. I purchased the $55 "detox" pedicure package with "extra massage" and it was one stroke per leg. Other employees were curled up in pedicure chairs eating. The fish tank needed cleaning a year ago. Hair was stuck to everything. Every square foot of this place was sticky and stained and has never seen a Clorox wipe or even a wet rag for that matter. I came home with the paraffin wax stuck inside my shoe because they didn't even rinse it off properly. I could go on and in. For $105.

Terrible place, The staff was very rude. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. After the girl gave me my pedicure, she told me to go and sit by the table for my manicure and then she went to attend to someone else! After waiting for a long time, "I told her you just left me here". She was very rude. She then said "oh let the guy do you. The guy started giving me my manicure and he shaped my nails horribly! I ended up leaving without paying for my manicure. Terrible service, Terrible ambience, I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Awful people.
