I went in today to get a pedicure and he was easy on my toes and feet will definitely be back.

This was a last minutes decision to have a pedicure and my husband and I did not regret it.

I give this place 2 stars because the staff is friendly but I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago and I won't be going back there. I paid 50 bucks for the pink and white powder tips which I don't care about the price I want my nails to look beautiful. Well the day after I got them done I noticed my nails looked uneven but all well they were very nice, 3 days later one of my nails comes off and 2 days after that 2 other nails came off. My right pointer finger the nail is slowly deteriorating and it's look chipped but it isn't... Not happy that I paid for beautiful month lasting nails but got nails that seem like dollar tree stick ons.

I don't like to post negative reviews but I I think the owner needs to read this to improve their services and have repeated clients , because I'm not going back to that place anymore. My first experience was great, however I did not get so lucky on my second try.

We have been spending time here in the winter and have gone to Rose's for years, but will not be going back . Recently, my daughter, 5 year old grandaughter and I had appointments for a manicure( me) and pedicures(them) . We were met at the door by an unsmiling woman who pointed at my grandaughter and said "She can't have pedicure. She's too young. "We explained that she had gotten pedicures regularly, at which point she said"Go wash your hands", still unsmiling , and said something to one of the operators and walked away. The young women who did the pedicures were still as pleasant as I had remembered , but my daughter and I felt this woman was downright rude. She did my manicure, never spoke to me , never smiled once, but carried on lengthy conversations in another language with another operator while giving me a manicure. I understand if people aren't comfortable enough with their English speaking abilities to carry on a lengthy conversation, but a pleasant demeanor and smile for your customers goes a long way. We will not be going back, and neither will our neighbors.

Kayla was great ! She did a great job on my toes and nails but I did feel abitt rushed expecially on my pedicure I noticed that they actually use a timer for there pedis so it seems as if they are trying to beat the clock. I think the pedicure should be more relaxing other than that no complaints.

It's only getting one star because of the convenient location. Otherwise there would be zero. I've been going here since it opened. Loved it in the beginning and up until today. They have timers attached the pedicure chairs timed to 30 minutes. This is so they tech only spends 30 minutes on you. I've always gotten 45 to 60 minutes. I also noticed there are signs saying the advertised price is for cash customers like at some rip off gas stations. AND they have raised their prices to reflect the cost of sanitization products. I can pretty much bet that they've received their relief money from the government. And sadly they still do not understand English with the exception of a few techs. BYE ROSE!

Visiting the area, looking for a nail place. Came across Rose Nails. Clean, quiet and fast. My nails and toes came out great!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. RUSHED WORKERS. I got both a deluxe pedicure and a manicure and was out in 40 minutes. The girl was rushed the whole time. While getting my nails done two more people were also upset with there experience and the workers were arguing with them the entire time.

I know everyone by name in this salon and they are so sweet !! Always gentle on my feet and do good acrylics with designs ! They have a ton of colors and they actually talk good English ? I've been going here for a while now (:
