Awesome people working here, in all departments! Great place to look for a new ride, to fix up your bike, or look for some new Harley apparel!

Beginner looking for a relatively low cost starter bike. Browsing the store and told the guy what I was looking for. He showed me a bike in the back that fit the bill. They don't normally sell anything but Harleys but he offered to sell me this Yahama V Star. Said he needed some time to get the title and paperwork straight. Long story short, I paid two visits in person, and made two phone calls......and nothing. I did my part, and they ignored me. Never called me back. I wasn't about to call or stop by again. Why would I? They had clearly showed me how I rated. I understood that I wasn't going to get top tier attention and their best effort since I wasn't buying an expensive Harley, but I deserved better treatment than I got. If you're looking to spend big bucks you'll probably be okay, but other than that........???

This Harley Dealership goes from bad to worse in a years time. My wife needed a part for her bike, stop to get it and stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even showed up. Then it was one of the salesman off the floor. This is even after two parts guys walked by with two other customers standing waiting for help.

I taken my motorcycle to this dealership in June of 2018 and now here it is Oct 2018 and I still don't have my bike back. I have miss the entire riding season. Do to poor customer service, lack of communication within this dealership. The fact Is right-hand doesn't know what the left is doing. At the end of the day no ones does. With that being said the new owner have no idea of the pass problems they purchase.
