The employees were nice, but the grooming not so much. Face framing is terrible and they had to shave him down so much that he came out pink due to a little matting. I feel like that was out of laziness because the only matting he had was behind his ears, which I took care of before bringing him in. Also expensive for such a sub par job. A nail trim was also included in the cut and it appeared that his nails hadn't been touched. Pictures are a month after the grooming appointment so his hair has grown out.

Highly recommend them! It's great sign when you see your dog go in without hesitation. I'm very happy with their service and they listen to how I like my dog's hair, specially since she's deaf and has allergies.

I've been bringing my two dogs here for baths every 4-6 weeks for years now. Staff is friendly and accommodating . I call ahead and they can usually get my dogs in same day for baths no problem. The dogs looks great, they smell great and they even get a seasonal bandana with every visit, which I love. They offer fancy spa treatments like ayurveda which I occasionally treat my dogs to and it leaves their coat extra silky and shiny

D G.Los Angeles, CA0146Aug 30, 2022Great work. My dog gets a schnauzer cut but they always charge me extra for matting. I don't think it's necessary since I'm able to brush her hair but I can't argue that so I pay it. Total is about $80 with tip and Credit card charge.
Nothing personal but they answer the phone like they're angry but friendlier in person. Not a negative just strange.

Found this place by accident driving down Van Nuys Blvd. I went in and made an appointment for my dog and have been happy and satisfied every sense. It's a very small place. I believe it's family owned and operated and they do a wonderful job of taking care of my baby who is a dog and I've been there several times now and I'd like the quickness of the response when dropping off they don't keep your pet long. service is a really good. My dog comes home happy groomed and smells

Jul 7, 2021Previous reviewI was dog sitting and took the dog to Roxy's porch because we had a day at the beach the service there is excellent you can even make an appointment online I prefer to call and got the appointment the same day they are open from Tuesday through Saturday very clean shop friendly nice and that your dog or Pat comes out magnificent I highly recommend this place is a hidden jewel in our neighborhood

Took my dog in today to get groomed for the first time, and I was very happy with the results. He smelled amazing and looked Fabulous
I was happy with the service not to mention I left my phone in the parlor and they were nice enough to wait for me to pick it up.
