This company was great. We had a small leak pop up during a recent storm and Trevor called me back within an hour. We have an older Spanish tile roof and were concerned we were in for a big hit due to the age of the house. We talked about the symptoms and scheduled the repair. He and his crew came out on time and went right to work diagnosing and explaining the process for repair. He answered all our questions and his crew was able to take care of it in under an hour and under the price of the original estimate. I would definitely recommend him for any roofing needs.

After four estimates from "Clipboard Jockeys" who never understood our roofing requirement and just wanted to sell a large job, we lucked out and found Trevor at Royal Sinaloa Roofing. Honest, down to earth, understood what was needed and provided a very reasonable quote. No used car salesman pitch. Trevor recommended what type of shingle to use and what color. Boy, was he spot on! I would trust his recommendations and just go with what he says. You will not go wrong. In addition to all this, the crew showed up on time, worked all day, every day until the job was done. They were highly skilled, neat, hard working, friendly, just everything you would hope for in a major investment like replacing a roof. There were extra little items needing attention, a little woodwork, some insulation under the shingles, venting, two chimneys to be rebuilt. We just put it all in Trevor's hands and the crew and they took care of everything. They did not nickel and dime us. In fact, just the opposite. A few things in the estimate were not needed and Trevor just credited them to the final total. You probably think we are Trevor's brother or something, as this review is so good. Nothing could be further from the truth. We never heard of his company until this job. Take a look at the pics. Even the pool house came out better than we ever expected. My wife LOVES the roof! Guys, that should say it all.

Trevor and his team did a great job reroofing my house and redoing the gutters. Tooks about 3 days, and he handled the permit as well. Any concerns I had, he was able to address. Overall, I am very satisfied with the end results, and no leaks were to be found after some rainstorms.

Sinaloa Roofing is the "go-to" for all your roofing needs. The owner, Trevor, is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. It's readily apparent that he knows his business and has quality employees and subcontractors that respect him and his business ethics.

It's not surprising that Sinaloa Roofing is constantly booked, but they are definitely worth the wait. Their work is top notch quality at a reasonable price. I waited a month during this latest deluge of rain for them to be available to replace all the cracked ridges, one leaking, on our roof and reface the 50 year old chimney from natural rock to lap siding. I have contacted numerous roofers over the years to tend to the constant chimney leak with bandaid results that ultimately failed every time. Finally a company owner that looked at the issue and immediately had a viable and reasonably priced solution.

Sinaloa Roofing is a relatively young company, but you won't go wrong hiring them for any roofing need.

During the process of getting solar I needed a new roof. I contacted Trevor from Royal Sinaloa and it has been a great experience from the first conversation to completion of the roof. And this says a lot in my book being a construction company owner myself, with high expectations. His availability was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, respectful, and always on time. His prices were great, his crews were on time also, worked efficiently, and cleaned up every day. Trevor was also great to work with when a couple of punch list items taken needed to get taken care of were done in a timely manner. We used Royal Sinaloa Roofing a couple weeks ago to build a new roof before adding in solar. We got a few other quotes including Los Gatos Roofing. Trevor was cheaper than the rest. I like that he wasn't an aggressive salesman's like the other roofing companies we dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and smart and did not upcharge us for items other companies wanted to. He tolerated us a lot and we bothered him with a lot of questions and he always answered us. He completed our roof cheaper and quicker than other companies and the quality looks fantastic. It also passed roof inspection.

Trevor is very responsive and accommodating. I had to reschedule two times and he did his best to shuffle the very professional team. He was up to date on material price so as soon as I agreed with his estimate, he suggested to pay the plywood first as the price was soaring like everyday. Compared to my flooring guy who needed the plywoods, dumped the increased charge to me.

We had a very large, very steep roof that needed to be replaced. To complicate matters, we had a large solar system that had to be removed and then reinstalled after the new roof was installed. Trevor handled everything! The service was outstanding and I would highly recommend Royal Sinaloa. We did our due diligence and got 4 separate quotes, Trevor's bid was super competitive and he was by far the most responsive. What surprised us was the fact that the company owner, Trevor, showed up almost everyday to check in and ensure everything was on schedule. It is very rare to see this level of customer service these days. Thanks Trevor!

Trevor, the owner, was in touch immediately and he and his workers were out right after the weekend. They fixed the leak, cleaned the gutters, cleaned the solar panels, and replaced broken tiles. Their work ethic and roof knowledge was exceptional. I would highly recommend them. The cost was below what I had expected.
