RP Renovations

We hired R.P. to paint most of our interiors, smooth out a popcorn ceiling, and remove a cabinet. I am so pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I had a plumbing issue that caused major damage requiring replacing my basement ceiling, walls, and painting my basement, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. R.P. Renovation did an excellent job. The work quality was excellent. They very responsive and communicated through out the project. I am brining them back to do additional work because they were so reliable and easy to work with.

Many moons ago, my dear dad remodeled my kitchen. I could have easily hired a professional, but he thought it would be an interesting and educational experience. Ha ha. Now he refuses to do my sister's.

After we were done, my cabinets, counters, appliances, and floors were magnificent, but the walls looked like the inside of a crackhouse. Plan A: hire painters. But after the renovation, I wasn't about to drop more coin. Plan B: paint the walls myself. I never did. Plan C: paint with a friend who said he'd help me. He never did.

Three years later, back to Plan A. I liked R.P. Renovations' estimate (low), availability (the next day) and references (pleased with not only with their paint job but other services, as well). Sold! The two painters showed up right on time and were finished by COB. I scrutinized every corner but could find nothing wrong. The kitchen was enticing, the entryway inviting, the bathroom soothing, and the closets deceptively spacious. I wrote the check, gave them fat tips, and gushed that I'd be happy to serve as a reference.

RP helped us get our basement back after a huge mess following the bizarre storm on July 8th. The team came in to clean up the remediation work which had resulted in the removal of an entire wall. They repaired the drywall and replaced flooring removed following the installation of a sump pump. Julio was terrific and detail-oriented. They helped us build a box to cover the electric panel and the new sump pump. He also helped us think through the space and the planning/execution of a new w/d hook up. After getting many bids that were very high and not as comprehensive, Julio delivered a reasonable scope of work performed by a very hard-working and professional crew. Given our concerns about our kids' asthma, we were really grateful for their attention to dust/clean up and the excellent paint job using preferred products. Julio also addressed an issue on the exterior of the house relating to a window that came up during the project - as well as a ladder from a new egress window. We feel lucky to have found them!!

I hired RP Renovations two times so far. Once to paint my condo living room/dining room and once to put down new laminate tile in my kitchen. My condo living room had a huge wall size mirror that I wanted to come down first. They were very accomadating and I even pitched in to help them break up the glass and recycle it outside before having them paint the room. They did an outstanding job for a great price. They were finished the same day and was very pleased with their service and the job they did.

They also did an excellent job laying new laminate tile in my kitchen. My kitchen floor was uneven and unlevel so they repaired the one section to level it out before laying the new tile floor on top. They did the job within a few hours and again I was very pleased with the job they did.

I would highly recommend them for any repairs or upgrades needed. Their prices are very reasonable and mostly lower then other estimates I had received. I plan to hire them for any new project that comes up.

Wow! Talk about professionalism! I scheduled these guys to come paint my house three days in advance, and told them I needed about 4 rooms knocked out in one day. They showed up 8 am on the dot, ready to go and did an amazing job....they even did specialty striping on one of the walls AND they did it all at an AMAZING price. I even recommend them to my neighbor and she used them to paint her living room. The cherry on the top is since they needed about nine hours to finish everything, they let me go out and run errands and gave me a call when they had finished and had everything cleaned up! They deserve all five stars and some.

My wife and I planned on painting our new condo but found ourselves overwhelmed and burnt out half way through the project. After taking a few weeks off things got hectic between school and work so we decided to start looking for a painting crew. Our neighbors had recommended RP so we had them come look at the space we wanted painted and was blown away by their price. They were well under the competition and since I had seen their work I felt really good about. They showed up on time, were very polite, did a great job painting and cleaned up after they were down. The guys were excellent and I would recommend them to anybody looking for somebody to do some painting in their house. We were so happy with their work we are looking at having them install a backsplash in the kitchen and doing some other projects around our condo.
