I sent a message on facebook a few weeks ago asking about getting my Lilly a bath, they were able to get her in that afternoon, was very friendly, they seemed to take good care of her, will definitely be going back again for another visit, was cute that she got a treat bag, along with a report card. I loved that.

These people are very sweet, but they have no idea how to groom our large dog. Ours came out shaved all the way around, looking like a poodle or something. I tried to be specific about "follow the breed grooming standard," but instead of looking it up or asking, they just mowed away.

I would stay away from these guys unless they can prove to you that they know the proper technique for your breed.

Also, I was overcharged about 10%. Not sure why, but I was so disappointed I didn't even bother staying to debate it with them.

I had my friends service animal in and not only was it expensive for what we got, but they horribly shaved her. She's patchy, they clipped her nails until they were bleeding after we told them don't clip her nails they've been taken care of. They didn't brush her after not cutting her short enough and they didn't bathe her. Do not go here even if last resort. 0 stars
