RVS Radon Mitigation

Tony and his team did a great job! I highly recommend them! They were quick to respond to my initial phone call after damage was done to my radon remediation system during a severe windstorm. They fixed the issue and made the exhaust pipe fitting even better than what was originally installed, at no extra charge. They arrived on time and were very courteous. If anyone needs to have their radon system installed or fixed, I would go with them.

Careful, reliable and professional. The owner insisted on an on-site look around before the quote (which made sense to me--basements are all different, right). Showed up when they said they would, did the job with a minimum of disruption. Not the cheapest by far but likely not the most expensive. The one potential issue/mistake that arose was handled immediately and properly. Local Philly company so they knew how to park their vehicle in a city (lots of issues with this in the past--contractors refusing to start work without me finding parking for them, etc.). My radon levels are now lower than outside air.

Wow, just wow... Toni, Jose and Moses are an outstanding and professional crew. Not only do they know their stuff when it comes to radon and construction but they're also very respectful of our home.Booties for all interior work, I asked every time they even used outdoor water to wash their hands, really paid attention to their impact on our property and our daily activities while they installed an amazing system for two large underground areas. They were able to link a couple centuries old crawlspace and a century old deep 9 foot basement into a single system and make it look seamless on the outside of a 240+ your old façade. It did end up taking them a couple of days in total. Couple hours for the initial set up for all of the sensors and testing but we did not wait for the results because we already knew we were having a problem and they were able to change their schedule to get in and start mitigation within a couple of days. They really had to solve some puzzles in terms of where to place all of the components and we're very impressive in terms of their solutions. They helped us save money by linking two separate areas of the house through one central motor and exhaust stack. We did end up deciding to upgrade to the paintable exhaust pipe but at a cost of just a few hundred dollars for an additional half day of work and installation. along the way they taught us quite a bit about radon which we Will apply for other family homes. Really could not recommend them highly enough!
