At first they were very happy to have your business. The business is done by messaging and then by scheduled phone calls. The scheduled calls never are on time. Once you finally are scheduled to see the doctor you go in and have blood drawn. Once you have the results you have to schedule a phone call appointment again. Again never on time. Once you are screened you go in a talk about the services. Expensive! Do yourself a favor and look at other places for the services. The owner here buys from a location (you can find it yourself) then really it at 3x the cost. Believe me! Don't waste your time with all the steps and cost here.

Here is a doctor that truly cares about her patients, and you don't see that too much anymore! Every time I've gone to RXBody the staff has been super nice, with a clean updated waiting area, I think the most I've ever waited was 10 minutes, and more importantly they have a nurse that gave me a shot and I never felt anything, that alone keeps me coming back! My entire family goes here and she has treated everything from a Upper Respiratory Infection, and UTI, to weight loss and B12 injections. Great all around facility that I would highly recommend!

I just want share my experience for this place,
a year and half ago I start going to this place and it was good ,
on 12/14/2018 I recived aletter from hospital in alpaso saying that I owe them $2000 and my and my medical insurance paid for $4000 and I still own the differentfor blood work , so I called the hospital and they told me on 2-14-2018 RXBODYFX sent my blood to them, at this time I know that rfbodyfx never use my insurance I pay for every thing at the clinc cash ,
so on 12-17-2018 I went to clinc and I give them the bill from the hospital I was told they will work on it and will contact me , couple of hours later I recived phone call that they still working on it and will call me tomorrow . so I waiting couple of days and on the 12-20 I recived phone call saying

(Hello Mr. Gomma. We contacted the lab and they said to please call them regarding the bill. If you are unable to pay the bill, they can work out a payment plan with you or else reduce the bill. When your blood was drawn, one of the tests that was ordered had to be sent to a hospital for testing which is where your bill came from. You can always ask the lab to resubmit the claim to your insurance. If they need anything from us, just have them give us a call.)
so very much pay it , I went to the clinc and every thing change and the manager there her name is CHELSEA MEEKS have bad attitude want get me out right away , not listing to any of my words saying we will get back with you but very much there is nothing we can do for you,

every thing changed and the real story they used to deal with third party lab clinc and they the one took my information and send it to the my insurance, and this lab clinc out of bussness not just that IM NOT THE FIRST PETION THEY SAID ONE OF HER PETION OWN THIS HOSPITAL $12000 and they aware but no thing happen or did about it ,
so I asked the manager TO GET ME ALL PAPER WORK AND EVERY THING I SIGEND THAT SAY I NEED TO SEND MY BLOOD TO THOSE CLINC OR THE HOSPITAL and her ANSWER WE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU NEED TO LEAVE OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE, just want me out of there. KEEP SAYING IT WILL NOT REPORT TO THE CREDIT IF YOU DIDNT PAY IT , I DONT KNOW IF THAT TRUE OR NOT .

I WANT EVERY ONE TO BE CARFUL ( DONT GIVE THEM ANY OF YUR INSURANCES OR INFORMANTION, )

I am very pleased with this facility. From the front desk receptionist to all that I've come in contact with here have been very friendly, accommodating and helpful!

Wow. What a nice clean facility and great staff!
If your looking to drop a few lbs and do it with a legit source outside of eating celery for life and running 20 miles a day this place can help!
I met with crystal (she is the manager or maybe the owner) and she walked me thru the entire facility and process.
I will now be a regular and after my visits I always run next door to the pho soup place to get a bowl of that yummy stuff!
Kill two birds with one stone kinda thing

I would totally give this place 4 or 5 stars if they followed the State Mandated Mask order. It is a law for a medical facility to follow no matter what. There were front office staff w/o masks and several clients/patients on 2 separate occasions with no mask (total of 5). Not even hanging off an ear or around their neck. Just no mask at all. No one seemed to care or be bothered. The nursing staff and doctor followed the mask order that I could see just not front office (a couple had off only when working alone and put on when approaching the window another one never had hers on at all)or enforcing patients. Very unprofessional during a pandemic. I will not return.

I called to schedule an appointment and I asked a few questions and the receptionist could not answer my questions about whether or not I needed to fully examined with blood work again since I'm already on phentermine from another clinic. She said to come in and we could discuss it. Got a call to confirm by appointment the day before and told them I had another appointment at 430. My appointment was at 330. At 400 after asking how much longer it would be to be seen, I was immediately brought into a room and had vitals checked. Well now it's 430 and I'm still sitting in the room. There is only 1 other patient here other than me and the 3 ladies at the front desk. Yes I understand medical treatment and consultation takes time (I work in the medical field) but I prefer to go somewhere that respects my time as much as I do theirs. I walked out and won't be back.

Dr Ellie is awesome !! The staff is so warm and friendly . They really want you to do really well at losing weight or just be healthy and maintaining a healthy you !! You can get several preventative tests done such as one for what foods you should be eating ,etc . They will work out a diet plan and my favorite of all ... IV THERAPY!! Omg ! I'm a big chicken at needles , but they do a great job at not bruising , hurting, etc . When I get my IV !! It has become a monthly thing with me to get vitamins and hydration in my body !!! Go see Ellie and her staff , you won't regret it !!

Super nice and doctor explained everything in depth. In fact I was surprised at how long she spent talking to my husband and I about different options. She even does IV drips for certain things...hubby got one for being "sick"
He background is quite amazing and glad she went out on her own and opened this place. Consults are free so we asked lots of questions. Already schedule to go back!

I could have spent the entire day here. I felt like I was chatting it up with my girlfriends! Caring, compassionate, professional....love this place!
