My first car was passed down from my uncle and I absolutely had no idea what to do about insurance. Since my uncle had State Farm before, I decided to go with the same insurance company.

Thankfully I got Kalani as my insurance agent and he helped me understand everything I needed to know. He was extremely patient with all my questions and was always willing to help out whenever I needed it. Kalani's customer service is excellent, he's reliable, friendly, and very professional. Also he's super transparent with what you're signing up for and will take any questions. At no point did I ever feel rushed!

The cool thing about State Farm is that they also add on Life Insurance for a great rate! I'm in my 20s and life insurance was never something I thought about, but State Farm makes it convenient to get both your car and life insurance in one place at a decent rate.

Thank goodness to have found State Farm for my first auto insurance plan. I called a couple other agencies and they weren't as forthcoming and slapped me with bundles I had no idea about prior to finding Kalani at State Farm. Been with State Farm insurance for more than 4-5 years and I am very very disappointed in the type of service I received. Recently my husband got a call telling him he owes over $600 for his insurance policy for our two vans and renter's insurance and that the policy has lapsed. Our monthly payment is setup to be automatically deducted from our checking account. Question is why wasn't it automatically deducted and if there was a problem why didn't someone contact my husband about it. My husband and I have decided that we are shopping for an insurance company who's more reliable than State Farm and there is nothing that will change our minds. Again I am totally disappointed with how our account was handled. Hope no other customer of State Farm gets treated like we did.

Taryn Lee is the only person I will talk to about my insurance. Taryn knows what she is doing, she explains it simple and easy to understand. She is also the certified insurance service agent. I am very happy I met Taryn, she knows what I need and what I want. Nobody explain the insurance coverage as simple and easy to understand like Taryn.

Ryan, Kalani I, and Taryn are all excellent essential service providers. Having been with Ryan and his staff for well over 6years. No question or problem I had went unanswered no matter how technical or redundant the question was. Want real people that know how the insurance company works and how it will take care of you just come here. Want friendly trustworthy staff that makes any stressful experience a breeze then call or stop by there office. Real people who care for the customer. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
