I'm going to have to jump on the Jeremy bandwagon.

Because of a less-than-stellar siding installation, I was having issues with quickly recurring mold or mildew (unsure). When I contacted the siding installer, the adjuster assigned demanded that I get mold swabs from the exterior of my home. Let me tell you right now - this is a HIGHLY unusual request and every mold company I called painstakingly explained how unusual (and I'm being kind - one company used the word 'ridiculous') this type of request is.

Jeremy clearly knows his stuff. He provided me with a good education about mold, asked me quite a few questions, answered all my questions and even went so far as to write a letter to me, explaining the reasons he nor any mold inspector could perform the tasks my claims adjuster was demanding.

Another reviewer hit the nail on the head with "professional and courteous and provided much needed guidance." He has a clear, upfront pricing structure and offers a variety of services. I also think it's super cool that he has a YouTube channel with a series of quick, but informative videos about mold and mold remediation.

Ultimately, I did not hire SafeAir because I couldn't get a clear understanding on whether Jeremy was going to be able to swab some areas higher than 20 feet. I still haven't hired anyone - decided to just give up and begin my search again next year.

He is a complete fraud . He doesn't adhere to industry guidelines and procedure. Pretends to be knowledgeable concerning techniques and recommended procedures and actions to insure indoor air quality. Mold remediation is basically a used car salesman or riding around with false information like a snake oil salesman.

I can't recommend this company and Jeremy enough. He came out on very short notice to inspect a mold issue in the home we are buying. He rushed the report in order to get it back to us before our due diligence ran out. He was professional and courteous and provided much needed guidance in this area. You will not be disappointed in his level of customer service!

Very Professional. It was reassuring to have my testing done by someone who did not have a vested interest in doing mold remediation. I trusted the results! They were able to do testing with short notice and even expedited the results to meet a tight timeline for me. Highly recommended.
