Safety Locksmith Las Vegas

I needed a second keyfob for a car I just purchased. They were on time, professional and gave me a good deal on it. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was locked out of my home. I contacted this company based on their rating. the hypersonic came to my home and charged 400.00 for a job that took 5 minutes. this is highway robbery. I believe they took advantage of the situation. I would definitely not recommend using this company. I would give them a zero if I could

Do not use this company, someone stole my car and I need to get a new car key , he charged me $280 which I didn't have a problem, he gave me a cheap car key that you could of bough from amazon for $7, that's besides the point.. the key stopped working after 2 weeks... now he's ignoring my calls and my texts.. horrible service I will never use them or recommend them to anyone

So, here's my review of Safety Locksmith...
Unethical!

I lost my key fob on Oct. 24, 2022, so I called Safety Locksmith. He gave me a quote over the phone, came to my location, cleanly broke into my car, disabled my car alarm, hooked his machine up to my OBD port, and programmed a key fob he had in his truck to work with my car. Now, all that is great, right? Well, he told me two prices over the phone:
1. If he has to reprogram my car, it will be $275.00.
2. If he has to program it to original oem, it will be $450.00. I live out of state in California, so I have NO idea which it will be. After 20+ minutes, he says it will have to be original oem for $450.00...Damn...a lot of money, but at least my 2nd fob will match, and I won't have to reprogram it. He did all this, and NEVER asked to see my license, or verify if the vehicle was mine. When I got home, I tried my 2nd fob, and IT DOESN'T WORK! He reprogrammed my car, and now I have to use this "new" fob. My 2nd fob is now a "brick". He also didn't have the valet key/key ring for it, and told me he would send one to me. I gave him my address, and STILL NO VALET KEY. It's been over two weeks. I've tried calling him, texting him, and NO RESPONSE! I will GLADLY change this to 5 stars if he refunds me the difference, and sends me the valet key. He did a job, but deceptively charged me more since he knew I could not verify it.

Replaced two locks on our door. He did a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.
