The dental team at Salem Dental care is amazing

The facility is clean and modern and very conveniently located on Main Street. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you are aware of your appointments and calls to inform you of any cancellations the day of.

Upon arrival you are greeted and checked in. The waiting room is clean and has a TV and wifi.

The examination rooms are clean and well lit. The dental assistants are very attentive and jovial and keep the atmosphere light and fun, which I feel is important at a dental office. X-rays were quick and painless and the equipment used was very modern. You only see the dentist in passing unless there is an issue.

The hygienist are cordial and work quickly. Both times I've had a cleaning it was less than 20 minutes.

Check out is quick and easy, and I was surprised after my first visit when I received a phone call several months later to refund an over payment.

All-in-all we are very happy with Salem Dental and recommend it.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! My visit with x-rays and cleaning was on special for $79.00 -- GREAT!! My husband went his initial appointment only included x-rays and dental consultation. He returned two weeks later they cleaned ONLY the Right Side of his mouth and the cost was $570 with coupon!! They want another $570 to clean the left side of his mouth! OUTRAGEOUS!!!
Neither of us will ever return to this office!

Please PLEASE MAKE sure after ur initial visit, CALL UR INSURANCE to go over codes for planned procedures.. I was given a plan with a price which I paid upfront, only to be hit with a bill for a surprise ADDITIONAL balance ...now I'm missing 2 front teeth and an additional bill that I can do nothing about..DO NOT RELY ON THE OFFICE BILLING STAFF..CALL UR INSURANCE WITH CODES IN HAND b4 you proceed to verify charges or you will be sorry....ZERO STARS
