If you're NOT open as advertised, adjust your hours online. Called multiple times, lights are on in the store, but door is locked. This is extremely frustrating as this is one of the only! Beauty supply stores near me. Ridiculous. You've lost yet another customer.

My wife came in on 9/14 around 5pm to simply purchase some shampoo and hair dye and the associate working was an absolute terror for no apparent reason whatsoever. She was made to feel uncomfortable practically the whole time she was in the store. She's a master esthetician working at a med spa in the Richmond area and has purchased items from here online before. The associate basically denied her business saying she needed physical proof of her license, even though it's on file already, as she's purchased online as I stated. The associate was about as rude as you can possibly be and made my wife feel as though she was some sort of criminal for literally trying to buy hair dye. She will never be returning to this store and I hope they go out of business treating their customers in such an aggressive, caustic fashion.

Their hours are a little unattainable by hair stylists standards , it makes it a little hard to get to this shop before 6 on weekdays and four on Saturday. They are not open on Sundays... You would think a business that caters to hair stylists would cater to a hair stylists hours. Their location is not the most desired location, off the beaten path of Midlothian Turnpike on Robious. Tucked away next to Anytime Fitness, by Grandpa's attic antique store, and behind a 7-Eleven. I'm sure the prices are very common for your run-of-the-mill, Salon centric business = a little too high for their own good and the wares are not that much better for it.
