Sam sold my childhood home and set the bar extremely high for my expectations from any realtor. I recommend him to everyone and hope to use him again in the future personally. Sam was extremely patient with my parents questions. They hadn't worked with a realtor in a long time and Sam made the process manageable, easy to understand and did everything he could to make it less stressful. He goes above and beyond in every capacity!

I appreciated how he flexed his own style to meet the communication styles of my parents (they're big into phone calls) and was always courteous, professional and kind. We could always count on Sam to return communications quickly and no question was too large or too small. We never felt left in the dark with Sam, and my parents always felt confident with the expertise that guided his answers and recommendations.

We joked that Sam became part of our family. We also took a huge interest in his local charity work. He is always organizing holiday toy drives, supporting fellow veterans, leads a turkey drive, and so many other volunteer initiatives I probably don't even have time to list. He's a true homegrown hero. I can't recommend Sam Livingston enough. Hire this veteran as your realtor and you won't regret it. You can't beat the level of service, expertise and genuine human kindness this man has!
