Santiago Aceves has been a huge asset to my family when we were looking for our new home. We were selling our AZ home and he scoured the market fir what our family needed. So much so he went out of his way to help. We were in contact at all hours as we neared crunch time.

He and his team coordinated our closing to coincide between both properties. When closing the sellers were not very cooperative and caused some headaches. But not to worry for us Santiago made the headaches minimal by doing things to help resolve issues quickly.

Post closing Santiago has maintained contact and still goes out of his way to be personable and helpful. He and his team are awesome people outside of Real Estate.

Santiago is such a good person and I am very happy with the new home that he helped us to buy.

He's a very patient person and he is open to suggestions. We visited a couple of different places before choosing the best house for us and Santiago was a huge help. He planned the visits (open houses) and he helped us to evaluate the pros and cons of each house.
