Scarlett's Smoked BBQ Pit

Really great bbq pit food truck! The vegan collard greens were legit! Paired perfectly with the cornbread! And the smoky mac and cheese was really satisfying! Great service too!

Special ordered the Dino Beef Ribs and they were outstanding! Enjoyed them while at Mathews Brewing in Lake Worth. Add the fabulous Corn Bread, a little Coleslaw and top it off with one of Mathews Cask English Dark Beer and enjoy a wonderful afternoon with Music at one of the best Mico Brewery in Florida. Beth, thank you for smoking the Dino Ribs for us, the best of the best.

Was hoping for better. $15 for a brisket sandwich. The brisket was undercooked, chewy and lacked any smoke flavor.

Mouth watering food all delivered from a food truck at a Craft Brewery spot! What more could anyone ask for.

The food was amazing and you could taste the smoke of the meat from the very first bite. This paired perfect with the craft beer at Matthews Brewery. I would tell everyone to give this food truck a try!

We've been having food trucks come to our community on a weekly basis to give our residents a break from cooking or to have a special treat to enjoy. We were super excited to have Scarlets come. My husband is a huge smoked food fan. He has his own smoker and often smokes food for us and the neighbors.

Scarlets was a bit hard to communicate with and unfortunately ill prepared. I asked them to send me a menu to give out to the residents so they could review it and possibly order ahead. They sent me this picture of a sign they hang on their trailer. A bit hard to read. I ended creating something in photoshop based off what they sent me to email out.

The day of I emailed them in the morning to confirm their arrival. Didn't hear back. About an hour before their expected arrival I messaged them via Google maps like they told us to do if we wanted to order ahead for pick up. No response back. Finally 5 minutes before they were suppose to start serving food they texted back saying they were down the road.

They were suppose to serve dinner from 5-8pm. My family and I got to the truck at 6:30 and wanted to order platters (meat and 1 side) and they informed us they ran out of all their sides. We had no choice but to settle for sandwiches. When I got home and unwrapped the meat I was pleased with the amount of meat given but thrown off that I had to make my own sandwich. The bread my husband was given was nothing more than sliced white bread and I got a tiny little food store burger roll that didn't even fit 1/2 the meat I was given. The flavor of the meat was good. You could really taste the smoke flavor. We were all very disappointed though that we couldn't try any of their sides.

What shocked me even more was the truck was suppose to stay until 8pm and it ended up leaving an hour early! When I messaged them asking if they left I got no response back. I wasn't very surprised though.

Most people that were able to get to the truck within the first hour of them being there were pleased with their meals. The pictures I posted are of other families who were able to get sides.

The meat they served was great but they fell short everywhere else unfortunately, especially their customer service.

Hands down the best bbq I've had! Amazing flavor, my guests couldn't stop taking about it. Pics say it all! And leftovers for everyone! Nicest people, and great communication!

Gaddiggittydang I loveeee this Food Truck. The food is so so so good. I have tried the Brisket (melts in your mouth), the pork (holy pork), the buttery and delicious cornbread and the mac and cheese. You are doing your body and mind and spirit a favor by eating their food. I love how they have a small menu, the fresh slices of oranges they give and overall the team's dynamic. Recommend 10/10. Go see them at Mathew's and pair this food with good beer.

Terrible customer service! Did not want to serve me but served another person (male) in my party after. Just terrible. Complained but no response. Bad!

Tried to removed my review. I asked for food they said they were closed. After that, they served another gentleman who I knew and I asked him, he said he's in the restaurant business so they served him.
