Alicia B.Manassas, VA2722Sep 2, 2019Originally I tried my credit union for a refi. After 6 months, a low appraisal and terrible customer service, my friend said, I just saw Scott post about VA refinances.
After smacking myself on the head, I called him. 3 weeks later we are in a GREAT loan (with an even better rate), reduced our monthly payment more than 30%, appraised correctly and now about to take cash out to put a bathroom in the basement! And so smooth I could cry. Never will I think to use anyone else again!
