Just when we thought there was no way to get this transaction done Scott came in saved the day kept everyone informed and met our deadlines. The product ended up being better than expected. Scott has an amazing team to back him up the whole transaction went better than expected.

Scott and his team performed as he promised. I have been investing in real estate for 30+ years and can tell you there are more "Yes men" who cannot produce in the lending business than lenders that can perform. Performing and closing is very important in today's lending market. I would definitely and highly recommend Scott and Commerce Home Mortgage.
