I have been coming to Stefanie's practice for over 10 years because the service and results are absolutely outstanding. it doesn't matter if you need a little bit of cosmetic, touchups or advice and help with diet and wellness. She has got everything nailed down! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for any of these types of treatments.

Best place for the treatments they provide, which is numerous. Very professional, kind and easy to schedule. From the time I am greeted by Jessica (front desk) to my treatments, (I love Alina) I know I will have great results.

Very hard to schedule appointments and does not keep appointments. I received a confirmation the day I made my appointment and the day before my appointment. When I get to the place, I was informed that they "thought" I cancelled. Very unhappy with this business. There is no one at reception.

I had been looking to get laser hair removal for months before I found Scottsdale Skin. I arranged consults with Laser Away, etc. only to be given obnoxious prices for small areas of treatment (with no guaranteed results). Jessica and Alina were very assuring and the prices are very reasonable compared to the other places I looked at. Other laser places have a habit of making it a goal to get customers in and out as quick as possible but Alina makes it a priority to make sure you are comfortable and treated exceptionally.

Went in for a dermaplane and it was kind of weird that she did it dry usually they use an oil or something but whatever each person has different ways to do things. The next morning my entire face and neck was cut up. I have a wedding to go to in two days and I look awful. My skin hurts so bad you can see the blood spots through my makeup. The girl who did it was so sweet too but maybe she needs more training... she also skipped an entire section of my neck and you can see the hair patch it's so awkward. Damn and I tipped her so well. I wish I hadn't now that I see the results. I had literally perfect skin before...

The training program/course is such a SCAM! Constant lack of communication and manipulation of what you and your models actually receive and or pay for. DO NOT GO TO THIS MED SPA

Very misleading when I scheduled my appointment for a touch up after 8 weeks without results and was charged full price.
I even asked to pay the promotional price that I received initially (even though it didn't work) and was told no.
I have spent thousands of dollars at this business and won't be referring or returning after such a terrible experience.
So much for customer service.
