I called ahead to request a Specific item, the employee informed me that they had it in stock. I Told the employee that I was too far away to make the drive by close tonight and would have to come by first thing in the morning. I Arrived the next day shortly after opening and inquired about the item. Only to be informed by the same employee who answered the phone that; "well it's first come, first serve must have sold it last night buddy, sorry." First and last time I darken their doorway. Sadly, I want to support small and local businesses, this experience has sold me on Amazon from here on out.

I got the small town welcome as soon as I entered this place. The selection wasn't extensive, but the service made up for it. They let me play the guitar and said I was welcome anytime. Bought a really great electric tuner that tunes to the vibration of the guitar. Everyone is so friendly there, I honestly have nothing bad to say about them. I truly hope it stays open until I come back. Much better service than guitar center, that's for certain. Come to think of it, I've never gotten help at a guitar center; I have all my guitar equipment from mom and pop places like Seaco Music, so stick to mom and pop business, you sure get better service, and a good deal, too. Normally, a nice tuner like the one I got would've cost me almost fifty, but the guy sold it to me for half the price. I am very happy with my new tuner. It's very accurate, and on point.

Hello, I have been patronizing this business over the course of 4 yrs. If there were discripencies in the past they subjectively overlooked. However, with the attitude of the merchant on today, led to a departure from the dealings with him...
This is Just a brief synopsis: I took my bass-guitar in for repair a few weeks back to Seaco music in Sumter SC. He agreed to take care of the problem. However, There was buzzing coming from the instrument. I informed him that there's a problem. The merchant was very indifferent and disconcerting. There was no room for a dialog due to lack of customer care. If you are considering doing business with this business, make sure that you can get back your device working correctly, and not be changed an additional cost that's already been paid for.
