My lifescan was quick and easy and they were happy to answer all my questions. Five stars!

Was greeted with very warm and inviting people here. They make the process extremely quick and clear. The day I went in there was only one other person waiting with me so the fingerprinting process took me less than 5 min.

I went in for fingerprinting. The staff was friendly and careful to make sure that the quality of the prints taken was high. They also helped to complete my forms accurately. I would definitely recommend this business!

Accepts walk-ins. I was able to get my passport photos in less than 15 minutes.

The passport photos are hard-copies by default, and digital version is available at an extra cost. Since I was applying for passport renewals online, I needed the digital version. Make sure you ask for the full size image because the passport portal requires the image files to be at least a certain size.

The service was quick and efficient for my wife; who needed a background check via Live Scan. We traveled here instead of a place nearby because of the friendly responses to questions we had, compared to the generally rude demeanor from a closer location.

Went in to get a Department of Justice background check. It was convenient, the rep was professional, and they honored the $5 Yelp discount even though it wasn't available with the Yelp check-in.

It's nice that they were conveniently located near where I live.

Their prices are reasonable too. I would recommend them if you're looking for notary or background-check type services.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Secure Live Scan. I had called a different company and was quoted a fair price but, when I was ready to pay the woman decided to charge alot more than she had said. Doug on the other hand, gave me a quote, waited for me to show up and, then told me if I checked in I'd receive a $5 discount. Everyone loves to save money, especially when you are paying out of pocket to get a job. He was quick, courteous and, professional. He did joke a little with me but I think it's due to the fact he saw I wasn't in the best of moods. In other words, if you need to get your Luve Scan done and live in Orange County, just think of one place Secure Live Scan. They do close a bit early on Friday (2pm) but, they will give you a fair price and they are in a nice building, not a Mailbox Store.
