After losing 150+ pounds two years ago, a full body lift was something that was absolutely necessary.. I also felt like I deserved it. I wanted it. Bad. I'm 33 with way too many kids and I was tired of being proud of the weight I lost but embarrassed by my saggy loose skin. I went to four consultations before seeing Dr. Setty (and the only reason he was number 5 is because I booked all appts for consults in a two day period and he just happened to be my last appt)
I can't lie, it's really terrifying standing against a wall, naked, as a dr examines everything you want to fix. It's embarrassing.
I was pleasently surprised at how comfortable he and Jessica (LOVE her) made me feel. He has a very calm presence that really put me at ease and made me feel safe. We talked about our options and decided on a full body lift, arm lift and leg lift. Keetha handeled all of my insurance needs and she was fantastic!
Surgery date was placed and I have to say that first couple of days were absolute hell. It's painful and at times I regretted every single decision I had ever made up to that moment. Third day, pain seemed to start seeming not so bad. After the fourth day I was sore but really didn't have pain that Advil couldn't help. I'm now 3 weeks post op and I'm thrilled at the results. It's amazing what Dr. Setty was able to do. I can not wait to see what it looks like in another 3 weeks. My stitches are gone and everyday I get excited when I look in the mirror. There are no words to explain the magic Dr. Setty did to my body. I feel great about how I look! I'm forever thankful for him. He truly is a god in the operating room.
You can probably find a cheaper Dr. You can probably find a Dr. that will promise you expectations that are too good to be true, but I'm promising you, you will not find someone as talented, honest, or genuine as Dr. Setty. I'll never ever be able to thank him enough.

Please be ware of leaving a deposit and also read the fine print when signing your contract with this establishment. I was incredibly excited while signing. I had trouble losing the weight I needed to for the surgery. Do to medical issues I was not aware of I couldn't lose. I finally started losing and I wanted to lose more weight then asked and the nurse on Dr Settys team took upon herself to cancel my surgery instead of talk with me first...there for forfeit my 1000.00 deposit and she thinks it's ok but she has taken advantage of me by doing this. Dr Setty was just wonderful and I had confidence in him but I would never go back and I feel they took advantage of me. I don't want this happening to anyone else. When I'm ready to move forward after losing the weight I will do better.

I am so happy with my results from Irais at Setty Plastics in Mckinney. The office is beautiful, the front office staff provided excellent customer service and offered refreshments at check-in. Irias called me back and she first asked me about my history of Botox and my expectations for the appointment. After her consultation, we agreed to my treatment and I really love my results! I am looking forward to my next appointment with Irais!

I've been getting Botox for 21 years and this is the only place where they DOUBLE the # of units and it still doesn't take well. Then when you call them to tell them, they have you come back in and they charge you more to fix their mistake! Stay away. There are plenty of places with quality service and products in North Dallas.

UPDATE- I absolutely did not return for more Botox injections and won't be. I returned once to fix the problem you created and was asked to double the amount of units AND add a few units to the side of the eye to assist with the dropping created by the first visit.
LADIES- A woman of any age should not need 75 units in the forehead to achieve results. (I never got results at all)
75 UNITS and I STILL did not have the results that I've gotten at other providers. The challenge is that the response to the review is exactly what you'll get with Setty. They pass blame to the product, manufacturer or the patients age! The question is- WHY were results achieved for 21 years straight with the same product elsewhere using half as much?

There truly are not enough words to adequately explain how AMAZING my experience has been with Dr. Setty, Dr. Hill and the nursing staff. From the first time I met Dr. Setty I felt so comfortable and safe. I scheduled my surgery that day because I knew I was in great hands. Leading up to surgery, I was given all the information I needed to feel prepared and ready. The day before surgery, Dr. Hill (anesthesiologist) called to check in on how I was feeling and make sure I didn't have any questions before he saw me the following morning. My surgery day was so peaceful and comfortable- I just can't stress enough how safe and cared for I felt!! My results have changed my life and given me the confidence I have been lacking. I could not be any happier with choosing Dr. Setty! He cares about his patients and you feel it every step of the way - this place is so special and so set apart. Please do yourself a favor and go meet Dr. Setty!

Had Jeuveau injections done here and am very happy with the results! The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is beautiful! Definitely will be returning to try more of their services!

I just got done a breast augmentation surgery few days ago. Dr Setty and his team were very attentive to my needs and made me feel very comfortable
I had a good experience here.

I've never had plastic surgery before and when I finally decided to do it, I thought of Setty because I drive by it all the time. My plan was to visit multiple offices but they impressed me so much i scheduled at the first appointment. They took great care of me! They're super informative and I left not having any questions from my pre-op appointment. I was happy with the care I received, the cost, and my results. They made everything super easy.

Update: I spoke with Heather today. I asked her which credit card she put the $800 credit for the two un-used sessions that she promised to refund on 9/5/18. I didn't see it on any my statements.

Just yesterday, she said they had issued a refund and "Nothing will make you happy." I'm unhappy because they HAVE DONE absolutely NOTHING. Today she denies she ever offering to refund the unused sessions. Why did u give her my credit card info when I was in the office to issue the credit on 9/5?? She continues to lie. She said since I "slandered" (exposed her) on Yelp yesterday, she wasn't going to issue a credit at all.

So, the office is sitting on $800 unused sessions due to a no refund policy? The equipment FAILED. I was treated like I was the problem and laughed at by the staff while I'm sitting in their office. No thanks.

I'm out $1600 for Coolsculpting, plus a $200 hair removal package that I can't complete because I refuse to return and be ridiculed. Botox ($400) that didn't last as long as it normally does with me because they dilute their products, plus the extra $70 I spent to even out my face when the Botox was unevenly administered by an inexperienced technician. I wasn't even complaining the other issues until Heather got involved. There's not even enough room to go into every detail of the conversations. It's like arguing with a brick wall.

Lesson learned - I'll let my credit card company handle this from here and next time I'll go to a reputable practice.

I could not be happier with my choice to have my abdominal surgery with Setty Plastics. The team is incredible, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Setty and his team are professional and have a caring attitude that will put your mind at ease. I was super nervous and Dr. Setty made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Setty is also very honest, and highly experienced in his craft. Mine was a bit of a complicated case, so I was not expecting great results. However, post surgery, I am beyond happy with the results, and Dr. Setty exceeded my expectations! He is a true miracle worker!
