What can I say, Shannon is AWESOME! I had a client that needed a local loan officer and was able to send them to Shannon for a really tricky loan that needed serious expertise to figure out. In talking to her, I found out that she is very experienced with the entertainment industry for clients that have varying income as well as non traditional type of income and was able to find a solution which absolutely saved the DAY! Shannon has been the best part of the this frustrating home shopping experience. (If you thought online dating was bad, wait til you deal with seller agents) With the pandemic, the rules of the game have changed significantly. So you really need a lender agent with experience and hustle to back you up. Without that - one will likely miss out as homes are going over asking price and sold quickly in days.

+ Fast pre-approval letter. Required for most property visits.
+ Fast cross qualifications. A few sellers want their own financial verification to go along with any buy offers.
+ Land lease property? Doable.
+ Short escrows and tight funding deadlines? No problem.
+ She truly has your own financial interests at heart. This is not a platitude but my first hand experience. RE can be a cold game.

Shannon recently stepped in and closed a loan for me after two banks denied me. Stop searching for a better lender, because Shannon is THE BEST!!!!! She was highly recommended to us by our agent and I cannot imagine working with a better lender throughout this entire process. Just as our house-hunting adventure began, she was going out of town on an international trip, but you would have never known the difference.
