Very unprofessional. intentionally overcharged me. extremely rude attitude and behavior. Sprayed toxic chemicals into running air handler, which made everyone in the house sick. My wife has asthma, she couldn't breath. We had to leave the the house and air it out for the rest of the day. About 2 week to get the smell out of the house.

Very reasonable rates for emergency service to our hvac system on Christmas Eve day. He had all parts needed to correct our issues and explained everything he did as well as show us how the new thermostat works. Highly recommend.

The first company that came out told me there was a major problem and strongly recommended I shell out for a new HVAC system. I requested a second diagnosis from American Home Shield and they contacted Shepherd.
Shawn came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Explained the issue in layman's terms and got it done. Next time I have an HVAC issue I'm going to them first.

Spent 11.3 k for new heating and air conditioning . Which was a higher price then the other quote we got. But they promised to be very professional and not damage our home and that they would wear booties and put down tarps . None of which they did. They were horrible . Put in thermostats that didn't work accurately. Cut some wires to the fans and left it! We had to hire a different company to come in and fix their mess! We did contact the owner repeatedly but he never even came to check it out. He just kept sending the same idiots that did it in the first place ! He obviously doesn't care . They the house a mess and broke the attic door too!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Completely unreliable, customer service is horrible and they will not return your call. If you call them you will never get a person. I had to use them because of our home warranty company dispatched them to repair our AC. The technician finally arrived and attempted to repair the AC, he departed telling me it was repaired. It was not, and when I called American Home Shield to get them back out to repair it they refused to come. This all occurred over a two week period which the AC is still not repaired. Again AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Excellent company! Problem with my oil heating that another company had wasted my time over. Greg was quick to have his tech's come out. They were very prompt, super nice and fixed the problem quickly. They took the time to explain what had been wrong which I really appreciated. Will recommend this company to anyone and am now a lifelong customer!!

The company came out from my home warranty. The guy came in to find out the problem with the heating and cooling. He was super nice, he took the time to explain the system I would recommend them to anyone.

My home warranty company sent Shepherd's to me. They arrived when they said they would. The technician listened to me. He fixed capacitor and answered my questions patiently. He explained what he was doing and why. I would not mind working with him again.

I purchased a heat pump system from Greg in 2010 (company then was Peformance Air LLC but same person). The system has been a lemon and they have just band aided the system. Now I am being told it's out of warranty and can not get a phone call back from Greg. Is this good business? I would think twice before using Shepherd's. I am going to give him sometime, hopefully he responses but as of now I am quite displeased with this company.

Unresponsive and unreliable. Got referred to Shepard's through warranty company last year to replace the HVAC in the attic. They replaced the unit but did not re-install the a/c float switch. We were initially happy with the install and did not notice. A year later, the pan filled up and since the unit didn't cut off, the water overflowed and caused the bedroom ceiling to collapse. Tried calling Shepard's to come out and at least take a look at the system they installed but they insisted that we had to go through the warranty company. The warranty company in turn said they weren't reliable because of Shepard's improper install. We asked them to come out and fix it as a repair separate from the warranty but never got a response. Definitely think twice before giving them a call.
