Best Indian food we have had in a long time. Saag paneer, chicken masala and garlic cheese naan were all fantastic. Will definitely be coming back

I ended up using the Yelp voucher they offer here to go to Sherpa Grill 2, the apparent sequel to Sherpa Grill.
As I have mentioned before, being Indian, only my Mother's cooking will get 5 stars. But for the offerings at Sherpa Grill 2, it was good.
Very nice server and variety of menu options. Got a paneer dish (can't remember which one) but it tasted good as I did the plentiful rice and garlic naan.
Certainly worth checking out if you're in the area, wanting Indian, and hey, might as well take advantage of the voucher offered up here on Yelp for additional savings.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jenna B.Lake Havasu City, AZ04Apr 22, 2024
Chicken tandoori and masala were soo good, especially with the garlic naan!! Service was good, brought out a complimentary dessert.

I was searching for a restaurant open on Christmas Day and was delighted to find Sherpa Grill 2 open. The restaurant wasn't too busy for a holiday. There was only one waiter for about 4-5 tables. He was polite, considering how busy he was. He immediately apologized to me for the slower service and let me know my place in line for ordering. He brought me out water and a papadam with dipping sauces shortly afterwards.
I also ordered a Flying Horse lager. This is a favorite Indian beer of mine. The waiter brought it with a glass and poured for me. For my entree, I ordered Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. It took a while for my food to arrive, of course. However, the wait wasn't extremely long.
Butter Chicken was good but not great. I've had better. Their Butter Chicken sufficed and definitely hit the spot. Garlic Naan was good. Again, good but not great. They gave plenty of rice with the Butter Chicken. I didn't need to ask for more. I passed on dessert and asked for my bill.
I didn't need to wait too long for the bill. I paid at the table with a card reader. The total bill of sale was okay. Standard prices for Indian Nepalese food. I would consider returning here again during a future visit to Fort Collins. However, I may be a FoCo resident in 2023 and may consider this as one of my go to spots for Indian food.
If you haven't checked this place out I recommend doing so. Thumbs up from me. The establishment is clean as well. Looking forward to another return.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - ashton a.Coronado, CA01Apr 21, 2024

This is my first time ever getting Indian food at a restaurant. I've never even had takeout, and I was so happy! I got the madras with shrimp, cheese garlic naan, and a few appetizers, and every dish was amazing. Hot is definitely hot, so be cautious, but that's what I wanted so I was loving it. The beers are cheap, the low lighting and pretty bar is nice, and they were able to have all 9 of us in my group at the same table. Our waiter, Rajan, was also very patient with us, and everything was brought out much faster than I was anticipating. Highly recommend the desserts and the fried vegetable appetizers. Will definitely be back here to try even more!!

This has quickly become my go-to Indian restaurant in FoCo. I've only ordered delivery so I can't speak to the experience at the restaurant, but each dinner I've had delivered has been fresh and hot. The veggie korma (mild+ spice level) and cheese Naan is incredible. The korma has tons of flavor with lots of veggies.

Love the lamb biryani (go at least medium spice otherwise it's dull). Most Fort Collins restaurants cost a ton for tiny portions but the biryani dish here is pretty darn big (and I can eat a lot). Daal is good too. They also have vegetarian dumplings which can be hard to find sometimes. The people here are also really nice (small business owners with a few locations) my young son left a bottle at the restaurant and we had no idea where it was. I showed up like a month later without my family and one of the waitresses immediately recognizes me and runs and gets the bottle! Amazing! They are always kind to my kids and we've even gotten a family discount.

I ate here for the first time tonight with my 2 teens. This is the only Indian restaurant in FOCO I hadn't tried. It is now my new favorite. Sorry Taj Mahal! The food was amazing, the portions were huge and the servers were awesome. They even prepared broccoli in such a way that my 13 year old cleaned it off of his plate! Can't wait to go back.
