I feel he does very consistent work. In my two years of living in the area, I've seen him a few times and always been please dwith the quality of csre he was able to provide. The office staff provides a good experience too, never any problems with getting appointments setup. I had a filling a week back, haven't had any problems since

I wish there was a 0 star to give this place. The waiting room is dingy and the chairs are filthy. I felt like I was on an assembly line in a factory. That was the best part of my experience! The communication in this place is horrendous. I was told I needed one procedure and they would be in touch after getting approval from my insurance and then called to tell me I was approved for something else that we didn't even discuss. When I was called to be next, Sherwin practically pushed me into a room and climbed over someone doing God knows what to another patient. I don't think it's good practice to physically push someone for any reason. Then the topper was being told I was getting yet another procedure that we didn't discuss. I walked out.

this is the WORST POSSIBLE DENTIST!!!!
He gave me a root canal which became infected because he drilled outside of the canal.
I had to go to numerous dentists to find out what was causing the infection. when I finally found a dentist, he had to completely redo the root canal costing thousands of dollars.
Dr Sherwin Banleui never apologized or refunded my $3000 for the root canal. he said he wanted to proceed with an implant!!!! which he would charge me $4000!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!

48 hours after a cleaning at which I was told I was healthy and good to go, Dr. Benlevi put in a call to my insurance company WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT to approve a crown that my newest dentist deemed medically unnecessary. When I asked why the Dr. did not call me first or inform me of my supposed need for a crown before putting in for approval with my insurance company, I was met with deflection, defensiveness, and frankly belittling threats about how much pain I was about to be in if I didn't do exactly what the doctor said (most of which came from Office Manager Katia). DO NOT BELIEVE OTHER 5 star reviews! Another experience I had while at this office was a hygienist who directly after a cleaning tried to force me to bring up Google on my phone in front of her and leave the office 5 stars as she stared over my shoulder. It was quite menacing, to be honest, and I could see how other 5 star reviews have been coerced out of past patience under the threat of more pain if they didn't leave 5 stars. Lastly, a huge red flag that this office is not all it claims to be is that the office staff, hygienists, and Dr. are almost always in conflict and internally fighting amongst themselves. It is worth it to you to go a mile or even 10 miles out of your way to avoid working with a dental office as untrustworthy as this one has proven to be time and time again.

Had two implants done and I had two issues with this practice. First issue was from my first visit, one of his assistant messed up my Uvula. I couldn't eat or drink anything at peace, my Uvula got suck from the suction tube that she was holding and almost ripped it apart from my throat. It swelled up and had to go to urgent care to make sure I was fine. Took a month before my uvula went back to normal.

Second issue happened today March 31, 2023, my last and the fifth visit of my procedure. Implants are expensive. I had two implants done and it cost me around 10k. I paid 80% and has to pay 20% since it was my last visit. I was on the chair and in the middle of the procedure, with whatever stuff I have in my mouth then one of the receptionist came to the room and said to me "you have to pay the remaining balance before we finish the procedure". I was in shocked, couldn't speak because of the stuff in my mouth. The dental assistant had to stopped the procedure so I could pay. It was so unprofessional the way I was approached and the payment could have been done before they stated the procedure.

every one was nice but I think that is the scheme so yu dont actually do research on them .. I went to get my filling done and maybe my wisdom tooth pulled out they told me they don't do that and didn't even fill my teeth in. they were supposed to put a needle in my mouth ,about 3 on each side because of how many fillings I need to filled . I also believe they had NEWLY FRESH OUT OF COLLEGE DOCTORS THAT WERE PRACTICING IN MY MOUTH !! they also drilled a line in one my teeth and they are way more sensitive now ! I don't think they did the job just sold a good act ! and now that I checked the reviews I know I'm not delusional !

Dr Benlevi is so nasty his attitude I am afraid of the dentist and when I was in a lot of pain one time he said he doesn't like me because I said he was hurting me and I told him I want someone else and every time I go he talking about me in his language and they all laugh and he try's to rush me out and it's just not a place where i feel u comfortable

Very crowed and small office the dentist who took care of me. Left me in the chair without do the proper work for sure he charger the insurance company. He is inapto to practice his job. I still have my tooth broke. Very disappointed. Worse the cancel t my next appointment. Scam people take advantage of others and from the heath insurance. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED NO ONE TO HO THERE!

This place is horrible any parent that have kids and you tell them you are switching don't bring them here find another dentist to go to they will try to call acs on you.

Absolutely I would not recommend this place / place is very small & nasty .. very unprofessional & they almost killed me giving me stuff with out asking about what I'm allergic to & then they charged my insurance like if the job was done .. scammer / thief / liars .. now i gotta wait til my insurance clears this up so I can do my work some where else
