5 stars! We've used twice to clean our light colored Berber Carpet. Wonderful job at a great price both times.

Have a rental which has only 700 sq feet of carpet. It is berber carpet in a light color. It had some pretty bad traffic grunge out of the kitchen and hallway. After waiting a week for Coit, I called several places, but Shine could make it out the next day. Shine gave me a phone quote and after checking it out in person, his quote was one fourth of Coits's!!! (the Coit quote is a whole story in itself!)

My only comment is that Shine only takes cash or check. I had neither! However, I got a check to them. Good job!

Technician Tadeu arrived at our home on time, got right to work on cleaning our carpet, sofas, and rug. He was friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Pricing was reasonable. Top quality in every way; will definitely call for him again.

I contacted Bob for a move out cleaning in a place where I expected to encounter problems with the property managers, who had been highly unethical on many matters. When he completed the job, not only were the stain s gone but the carpet was deodorized! The entire job was completed, and it looked and smelled wonderful! I don't know who could argue with that!

Tadeu was extremely polite, came right on time and did a lovely job. He will be my carpet cleaner of choice in the future and happily hire him again.

Bob and his partner cleaned up carpet at our house recently. He did a much better job than a previous cleaner we had used and Rug Docter kit that I rented from Safeway a year ago. He went an extra mile to clean all the bath rugs also. Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning.
