The last thing I wanted to be doing was working with an attorney. I am not litigious and in truth am a bit uncomfortable with the legal process. Unfortunately I found myself in a serious car accident and really was in need of an attorney.
I was pretty surprised to find that I was working with an attorney that was attentive and respectful. Any time I called or emailed I got an almost immediate response.
Regardless of the outcome of my case I know that I am working with a top firm and appreciate personal attentive service I received.

I would like to recognize Marianne C. Burke. She was always reachable by text, email and phone. She answered all my questions in a timely manner, kept me appraised of the developments. She was friendly and efficient.

I hope I never need her representation again, but if I do, she is the one I'll call.

My wife and I came to this law firm in early 2010 for help in a malpractice case. Her stage 4 lung cancer could have been diagnosed 6 months earlier. X rays were misread. After waiting a considerable amount of time they decided not to take it. This was valuable time lost. Perhaps we could have gone to another firm. Whether it was the difficulty in proving negligence or factors such as my wife's age and life expectancy and an award too low for them to extract, I'm uncertain. She wound up surviving 2 years longer than expected. Nevertheless this law firm sends holiday and birthday greetings to my wife every year. This despite my calling several times to end this cruel practice. Maybe they will notice now.
