Silver Cab of Bakersfield

The driver was speeding and I had to give him 20 dollars deposit for going down the street he didn't even keep the screen on he just made up the price in his head. Up charging me I was in and out both place 10 mins top.

Was charged 25 dollars from the La Quinta to the Bakersfield Airport. Absolutely ridiculous prices and the guy never even turned on his meter!!! Seemed nice enough but 25 dollars for two miles??? And I only had 21 in cash so luckily he just took it and let me go. Horrific.

These guys drove me for 3 and a half hours when two tires blew out and we were stranded, came an hour to pick us up before hand too. Arturo is a gent and a pro, thank you again. Would send friends and family their way anytime.

In my opinion ridiculously priced I called asked for a ride from southern Bakersfield to LAX and this guy tells me $800‍ that's BEYOND ridiculous! A person could rent their own vehicle one way drop it off at LAX for a third of the price.
Evidently I have to put some kind of stars but it should be a negative star on pricing alone!

Arturo A. was great! He had a great attitude and chatted with us throughout our whole ride. We got stuck in the Seqouia mountains and he came and saved us. I've never had a driver with such a great personality and extremely helpful. We highly recommend Silver Cab to anyone who needs a ride. I used this company recently because I wanted to support a local business rather than one of the big tech companies. The service was fine, the driver was polite and drove well. My only complaint is the cost, it was about 50% more than what an Uber would have cost. They really need to reduce the prices for airport rides if they want to get customers. I like supporting small businesses, but they need to be competitive on pricing.

These guys were great in our hour of need! We got stranded in Tejon on the grapevine and had no one local to call for help. These guys worked with us, were communicative, transparent and affordable. I recommend these folks and wish they had a local team for me to use more often!

I called and said I needed a ride to the post office and the goodwill and he says well it's going to be 30-45 minutes. I said okay and he hung up. An hour and a half later, no cab ever came. Then when we started calling back to see if anyone was coming the phone would ring once then they would pick it up and hang up on us. They did it 3 separate times. This company is a joke and the old man that answered the phone was so rude. I'm only not calling a Lyft because all my money is in cash not in my bank account But this isn't worth the BS

This driver showed up high, and a car full of marijuana smoke. He was very unprofessional, and rude. Do not use this company!

Ive been using this company for many years. I've never had an issue with them. They have always been there on time since day one. Thank you for being kind and reliable people.
