Staff were helpful. A guy helped us find what we needed and we were in and out quickly to hit the slope. Selection seemed decent.

They let me buy and remount 3 pairs of women skis for 3 men. Now we have to spend thousands of dollars again needless.
Customer service sucks.

Best prices in town for ski rentals (I actually called every single shop in town), great customer service, huge selection of winter and summer gear.

Andrew , Kiara, and Peyton were super nice with helping out with ski rentals and were so patient with fitting my family of 5, including 3 children.

On another visit, Fionn was really patient and kind with suggesting helmets and had great knowledge for the best helmets to pick for our needs.

If you're looking for day rentals, they have them available for both ski and snowboards, but for seasonal rentals, skis are your only option.

Since they're a fairly new business, their ski equipment is in great condition. As compared to the rentals at Mt. Rose, they were a hundred times more comfortable (and much more affordable).

It was such a hassle going through the rental line at the ski resort last season, having to do the whole process of getting fitted every single time so me and my family decided to get rentals.

Don't forget to watch out for their sales - one around October where they have a major sale on all of their past season's gear and another during Thanksgiving where most of the store is 15% off, including sale items.

All throughout the season, should your children outgrow their boots, you are and to switch them out without a problem.

They also include complimentary wax throughout the season and have a repair shop on in the store.

So happy with my rentals and new gear for my kids. Great quality, best prices, great great service, convenient location, easy parking.

Went to the UNR ski swap which looked more like a Ski Pro preseason sale. I was serviced by a gentleman named Tom who was incredible. His knowledge of all of the products and ability to communicate differences between manufacturers was surprising. He spent almost an hour with us and is a real pro. Great experience buying from him.

Went in for a boot repair on some very old boots. Andrew spent time was able to Franken-fix my my old clocker boots. At the end of about a half an hour, he didn't even charge. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, great service, and great selection.

Quality/Quantity -
Nice selection for skis and snowboards.
Atmosphere - Huge warehouse with various brands of skis, snowboards, and clothes.
Plenty of parking in the shopping center.

Service -
Very good service.
They greet you as you enter, and hover around you as you shop for what you need, but not too close to make us feel claustrophobic.
Multiple employees asked us how they could be of service while we did a lap around all the skis.
Rentals available.
Repair shop.
User friendly website and better prices.

Price - Above average, but I am a shopper of last season's equipment.

Aubrey was so helpful. He dug through a mountain of spare parts to find me a good match from my broken binding. Great customer service. Great selection on new gear that I will be back for. There's even a nice shop dog!!! Thank you guys for all your help!!

Came here to rent skis. Got an email saying to pick them up after 4pm the night before, but they were CLOSED so we weren't able to get them. Had to go the morning of our trip. They open at 9am so we missed first chair AND the rental tech was 15 minutes late. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Walked in, walked around. No greeting, no acknowledgment, felt like it was a temp set up, walked out with nobody noticing. Went to where I know I can get service.

Great selection of items for ski and swim. They were very helpful when getting a helmet and googles for my daughter.
