Skin Tightening, Botox and Lip Fillers by Skinsation LA

Their services help me feel my best. Been coming here for laser and touch-up, micro needling, vampire facial, etc. Very hygienic environment. I recommend doing multiple services per booking so it isn't a waste of a drive or time for the nurses (did not realize this for a while for the time I was going in for just one small thing).

I got the wrong lip filler from wrong injector, so I migrated. And I visited Skinsation LA to get lip filler and met Jen. Jen listened to my past experience carefully and she asked me what kind of lips I wanted and how many more sessions I needed and she chose a product that suited my lips and I got lip filler without pain. I really like my lips now. And all the staff were so friendly.

It was my first time getting any sort of injectables so I did some research beforehand & the gal (Sunna) administrating the injections was very condescending about my research. It seemed like she thought I was claiming to know more about it than her but I was treating the interaction as more research, being open & bringing my findings to her but she got defensive & rude. She said "In all your RESEARCH did you find dysport is 3x the dosage of Botox?" No because I don't plan on dosing myself....?
My only worry now is if her defensiveness affected her job & if I didn't get my money's worth out of her spite.

Love this medspa so much! Everyone is so friendly and helpful :) I highly recommend for any beauty treatments. Jennie did my treatment and it was 10/10, she talked me through all my options and worked out a long term plan with me. Can't wait to go back again :) !!

Brock (the aesthetic nurse) is truly special as he is a patient advocate, extremely honest, and highly intelligent. He wants everyone to be the best version of himself even if that means less is more. I feel so fortunate to have found him as he values a refined approach and he is helping me along my dissolving journey.
While people come for the amazing treatments, they stay for the warmth and loveliness of the front desk girls - they are so incredibly warm and friendly. They are very involved in that they take it upon themselves to stay informed and understand fillers, aesthetic treatments, etc. beyond surface level so everyone is on the same page! Truly a wonderful crew

There's one nice nurse here that knows what she's doing but the manager is literally awful and will try to convince you that you need more filler, more botox, the more expensive facial, and is super rude, combative, and dismissive. I came here for Forma and got a nurse who was doing it for the first time, not a problem because she was being shadowed by an experienced nurse but my face was burned a few times and made it super stressful.

I asked about the deal on this Yelp page and I was told that this isn't their Yelp page... yet that's them in all of the pictures. I asked for the special that is on their website and on their Instagram (picture attached) and was argued with for over 20 minutes and told "do you go into a store and argue the price? No that's the price!! That deal ended yesterday!!" Like literally yelled at while spending hundreds of dollars. After a ton of arguing and being talked down to she finally gave me the price but reminded me that I need to check the prices next time. Super disappointed.

I mentioned that I was super patient with the new nurse and that on top of that I was being overcharged. The manager then told me that I don't know what I'm talking about and she's done this a bunch of times... when the nurse literally said it was her first time doing Forma on someone's face. Like I was literally shaking from this experience, so upsetting.

I found Skinsation on Instagram and I decided to try some services. In the past several months I've received botox, filler, laser hair removal and Morpheus 8 treatments. All have been excellent! The treatments are amazing and the staff and nurses are superb. I love Skinsation and will continue to go for all my beauty treatments!

Jennie is the best. She is knowledgeable, gentle and quite frankly the sweetest!! Definitely book your sesh with her, she'll get your skin looking right. Make sure to tip, she's worth every penny. Tell her Candace sent you!

Skinsation is amazing!
The office itself is very clean and beautiful.
The staff there was super nice especially nurse Cat who did my lip flip. I have only done one lip flip before at another med spa, but I love the staff and results at skinsation much better.
Before the lip flip, they had me speak to a very nice PA via Telehealth, who made sure I was medically cleared before having the lip flip done. This was not done at the previous med spa I went to, but I appreciated it because it made me feel safer about receiving the injections.
Cat was so nice and very gentle. The injections were pain free and the results are beautiful. I will now be doing my lip flip at this med spa only!

I returned to skinsation for a Forma facial before heading out on vacation & i absolutely loved the results my faced looked glowy &
snatched ! I Highly recommend this facial to everyone. as always everyone was very nice & attentive . I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews , everytime ive been here all the receptionist and nurses have been very nice to me.
