Smile 32 Family Dentistry

Smile 32 in Midlothian, Va is the worst. I had no issues with fillings or a root canals until I came here. Then, they advised I owed a bill out of nowhere! Take my advice find another dentist. They mess up your teeth & don't tell you. I heard assistant tell the dentist another assistant had done something to my tooth then & they told me it was a major filling issue. BE AWARE OF THEM ! Find another dentist.

Go elsewhere! Office will not inform you of having to wait months to get your child's teeth filled. My son needed 4 teeth filled and was required to make three separate appointments. Mind you the next appointment was two months after having had X-rays and an exam. Please make sure to inquire how soon your child can return should they need to. Office Manager and Doctor seem to not care about that fact that a child needs to wait over 6 months to complete fillings. This office is obviously over their heads with patients. No one should have to wait this long for a filling. Please note that you also are not allowed to make all your appointments and can only make an appointment after each visit. So I was not able to secure the three dates and this is why it spills into 6 months of waiting.
Scheduling here needs a reboot.
