Their team came to my house to hydro jet my sewer line after 2 other plumbing companies couldn't get through an obstruction. They worked for hours, communicating with me every step of the way. They even got on the phone and spoke to the city water department to find a solution. I had a newborn baby at home and I really felt that they cared and went above and beyond to open the sewer line. After they were done they cleaned up very well. I would definitely work with them again.

I'm writing on behalf of my elderly Mom who had a wonderful experience with two individuals, Juan and Tom. They were kind, patient, professional - wonderful individuals who did a great job. This means a lot as sometimes handling issues such as clogs can be overwhelming for seniors. I would 1000 percent recommend this company - thank you!

The Tech was very respectful and knew exact what my issue was. He took the time to explain to me and my wife what our options were. We chose to have our line jetted since we had had this issue with our kitchen drain a few times in the past. He resolved our issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. My Wife was really impressed! I am so happy to have found Smiley Drain. They are true professionals!
